Getting in line, okay... it may take a few minutes, but hey, we're on top of the ground, so take a breather and pause to organize yourself so that when in a minute or two it will be your turn. When called up, whoever is there will apologize for the wait... wait, you call that a wait... 2 minutes come on... no problems. I have never in all my years , well okay back in the 50s, 60's and 70's folk were gracious... and here again. It's pleasant as all get out. They apologize and say thank you.... stop the press... a happy, gracious, and helpful person working in the service industry.... thank you...
