FedEx is a terrible shipping company and their delivery personel are on average the worst in the industry. Amazon delivery is even better. Specifically, the sender of my parcel paid for Priority Over Night delivery of documents that HAD to be to me the next day, and it only had to travel from Spanaway Wa to Spokane Wa 308 miles away. The package was picked up Wednesday at 4pm, FedEx has it being picked up Thursday at 10:30am, to be delivered Friday before Noon. 308 miles away with clear roads over the 1 pass that stood in between the starting point and the parcels destination. The parcel went from being picked up in Spanaway Wa (Over Night Express) to Dupont Wa, was transported to Troutdale Or and is now sitting in Portland Or, with a delivery date of Monday the 24th before 10:30am. WTF?! Needless to say that when I received the tracking update of the parcel and informed the sending party of this update they were extremely upset to find out they were being defrauded by FedEx with their guarantee of delivery Over Night Express and the cost of sending a parcel by those means...

We get there to return the car carrier and the 2 dimly lit lightbulbs they had employed there refused to allow us to return it. They told us we could go outside and call Penske if we didn't like their response. My wife and I both stepped outside, telling them we'd be right back. The minute we walked outside the 2 ladies shut and locked the door and closed the business leaving us standing outside in the rain with no ability to return or even discuss the manner. I've worked customer service for years and at no point do you leave a stranded customer like that, it was beyond unprofessional. I called the next day and they were completely unapologetic and could care less about trying to resolve the issues. This is a garbage business with garbage employees

The week prior to our appointment we received two emails reminding us of our tech arriving between 8am and 10am. At 9:55 the morning of our appointment no one had arrived or called us. We called their office to see why. No answer. I left a message and headed to bed, (I work nights and needed to sleep). 10 minutes later I got a call from All City stating that the tech had arrived but wasn't able to access our neighborhood due to our security gate. The lady on the phone told me that I didn't include a proper phone number when setting up my appointment. The control box at our entry gate lists all homeowners and a way to contact us. The tech never called me. There is also an unlocked walk through gate the tech could use to access our neighborhood and walk 150 yards to my front door. The tech never thought or tried this simple idea. The lady who called me seemed more interested in pointing out how I was responsible for their tech not being able to get to our home than apologizing for the fact their tech hadn't arrived. She made no effort to find a way to get our fireplace serviced. Do yourself a favor and not use All City Fireplace. They are not focused on taking care of customers.
