The customer service ladies are, one fake and the other very rude. The only nice one is the Hispanic girl. I moved to an area code that this particular post office is assigned to. Boy did I F up there's always problems with deliveries especially the guaranteed next day delivery???Always freaken late and they don't want to take accountability over anything.. Customer care? Same!!! I see now why places like UPS and more are making so much money, you're paying for service whereas USPS has to beg people to use them..u get what u pay for sooo true.....I mean shouldn't my post office get in touch with the post office that the package was delivered to? Bright, airy, almost well stocked facility - only 3 types of stamps (flag, Purple Heart and one more regular stamp), and no commemoratives. Did have lots of boxes, gift cards, forms, and more. Gina said to come back tomorrow for fancy stamps. But I'm only in the neighborhood helping a friend. I mailed 3 books first class for $6.75. Media mail would have been $2 less, but would they get there? Gina gave me condolences when I showed her the package nephews received yesterday - no books, damaged, and in plastic. $4.04 to send brown paper. Media mail is slow, cheap, and not insured. Hope the 3 books in that package get to children who want to read. I did not wait long, and staff, including Gina, were efficient, professional, and friendly. Their supervisor who handles the commemorative stamps was out, but returns tomorrow. Then it will be 5 stars! read more

I have to say, Post Office employees tend to be amazing or heartbreaking and in this case...I leave with a smile, always. I went to the post office on November 10th 2023 and they lost my package. Now i'm out $25 they need to do better

I have been going here a lot lately because of the holidays. David is usually the person that has served me, every discussion starts with "i'm sorry for your wait". It has never taken more then 10 minutes when I am at this location. The worst time I have is finding a parking spot. I think all the staff are efficient and friendly and do a great job. Apparently only one of the clerks behind the desk that stands next to each other has tape and can spare a tiny piece of it as I found out just now. I guess you probably all know who the nice one is in that location! I'll be going to The UPS Store from now on, they never have a problem sparing a piece of tape. read more

Location is often understaffed and has long lines. Employees are great, they just need to staff more of them to avoid lines.

Literally the best post office I've ever been to. I was in and out and the service was warm.

No matter when i come in here, the staff is always quick and friendly. With it being right before the holidays and lunchtime, i fully anticipated standing in a long line for at least 30 minutes. But that was not the case. They had 3 staff members working the desk and i was in and out in 5 minutes. read more
