I've visited a few times since I'm always sending postcards from beautiful places. The staff has always been very nice and can sell you individual stamps which is always appreciated. I shipped a package by next day air on a Thursday to arrive by noon on Friday. It had two delayed…read more First was weather delay. It was rescheduled by noon on Saturday. This time, the plane had a mechanical problem. It finally got there on Monday. I've been trying to get a refund. No luck so far. UPS said I have to go through the UPS store I shipped it from in Hurricane UT. I did. The store was reluctant to apply for a refund on my behalf. Not very helpful. I got the impression they were trying to do minimum possible. I asked them to apply for a refund anyway. They complied and they got a reply from UPS two days later and yet I didn't hear from them. A week later, I contacted them to ask about the status. The person in charge was not there. They took my info and told me they will contact me. They didn't. When I contacted them again another week later, they finally told me it was declined. I tried to appeal the decision through UPS. I explained there was another delay, not just the weather. UPS agreed and tried to refund except this time they couldn't process it because it's been more than 15 days since the delivery. Their system won't let them and they couldn't override the system. Had the store notified me in a timely manner, I would have gotten the refund. Thanks to them I lost $200 refund. Poor customer service. I have had a delayed shipping from FedEx in the past. It was so much easier to get a refund from them. Two things, I'll never use the UPS store in Hurricane UT. Shipping through UPS will be my last choice from now on.
