I've visited a few times since I'm always sending postcards from beautiful places. The staff has always been very nice and can sell you individual stamps which is always appreciated. Told the bot my name and spelled it but it kept saying "I didnt get that"'. 7 tries on giving my name. This was my third attempt trying to deal with the USPS and I pray to God that it will be the last time I deal with these MORONS.

I caught up with the driver a few houses down. It turns out the package was delivered across the street down a long driveway. I had him go get it, with instructions to place the package exactly where the sign directs. His excuse was he was a fill in driver. So? You should know which side of the street is odds or even numbers. Since all mail are on the opposite side of the street, I recently put an arrow above the number. He chose a box that was too small and instead of finding a bigger box to fit everything, he cut another box up to try and make it work? We told him that the package needed to make it to its destination safe because it contained expensive work materials and he didn't seem to understand or care and kept trying to make his Frankenstein-of-a-box work. Thursday Update: the package was supposed to arrive today and we got notified (EOD) that it hadn't shipped. We have no idea where our shipment is and if it's ever going to make it to the destination, let alone in one piece.
