Also, this location seems to forget they have a drop off box right outside their door, but your package may sit in that box for days at a time before it's taken out. Then you're tracking will say they are in possession, but it doesn't move for 2 or 3 more days. So, you're a week in with no movement and you just paid the highest rate out of UPS USPS. I'm done I closed my business account with FedEx. To be honest these past couple of months all the locations and drivers give the worst service. Taking bets on when this company folds. DON"T USE THIS LOCTION if you want your packages to be shipped. Don't bother with the Tilton rd. location they are just not friendly at all. They act your bothering them when you go in.

The man in the photographs shared on Yelp is indeed still employed by the government. He seemed used to talking back to customers and told a nice lady to "Calm down" when she got frustrated that they weren't able to accommodate a money order purchase. This man needs to be reported, but according to him, his "supervisor isn't in today". Dude needs to get a grip. Your job is inherently stressful, I get it, but NOT at the detriment to the decency and respect someone deserves to be treated with regardless.

The male staff who work there is friendlier. The line can get long, like most post office. They open 8am but don't open the door until 8:05am. Still go 10 minutes early since there are a few people waiting at the lobby for the door to open.
