They called me back immediately after I sent a request for an estimate. These guys are very personable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They were very patient and understand my stress moving to a new city. After setting a date and time, they called a couple of times to re-confirm and always kept in contact with me. Although they arrived late due to the truck not being available on time (and because they are coming from Buffalo), they called me to let me know their ETA. They treated my belongings as their own. Jade was so kind to double wrap my medical degree when he realized that it did not have enough protection before placing in the truck. Scott and Jade work very well together and did an efficient and speedy job getting my two bedroom worth of belongings into the truck. They then drove to Pittsburgh same day and unpacked my things into the rooms designated. They had a grueling day which did not finish until 9 pm in Pittsburgh but they were professional and always had a positive attitude. I very much enjoyed having them moving my belongings, and I am very pleased with their work. I have endorsed them to other colleagues of mine who are looking for movers, and one of them hired Scott and Jade for later in the week. Unfortunately, almost every time I called during the business hours that they have listed, nobody was available. I have been told several times that they don't do mock-ups or assist with anything at all until you pay. This is not the industry standard. I have worked with printing companies in marketing nationwide for over 15 years. This is awful customer service! You can absolutely find a company that will treat you and your business better.

I think better communication before the fact would have solved these issues. If you use them bear in mind your items may be transported with others' and this could result in not enough space in truck. Make sure you make an accurate inventory before you call. I had a fantastic experience with the Lockport East Ave. post office back in early June. I had a…read morepackage of custom party decorations that was shipped late by an Etsy seller (despite my daily emails asking when it was going to ship and to confirm it would arrive in time) and it was iffy to make it in time for my son's 1st birthday party on Saturday. I called the post office Friday morning and spoke with Seth, the Post Master, and he was super helpful and said I can request the package be held as soon as I saw it was in Lockport. I tracked the package and called as soon as I saw it was at the Lockport station, they found the item and held it for me to pick up the morning of my son's birthday party. I went as soon as they opened the next Saturday morning and discovered the wrong package was held and now the package I needed was now out for delivery. Frantic, I called Seth and he discovered my package was going to be delivered by 5 pm...after the party. He asked me to give him a few minutes and he'd call me back. Within 5 minutes, Seth called me back and said his boss, Kaitlin, was going to get the package off the truck and deliver it for us and that she was going to call me to let me know when it was dropped off. In a matter of 30 minutes, the package was on my porch and Kaitlin called to confirm. These two did not have to do all of this for me, especially considering this wasn't USPS's fault, but they went above and beyond and were able to help make my son's 1st birthday party exactly as we wanted. I am so appreciative of Seth and Kaitlin and their excellent customer service. Thank you Seth & Kaitlin!!
