What baffles me is the service, the ladies there could be a bit friendlier, it doesn't hurt to be more courteous to the customers, i understand some customers aren't easy to deal with but it doesn't hurt to try. I've had negative experiences with deliveries on multiple occasions where I see my package was delivered but is nowhere to be found in my mailbox or on my doorstep. When I've addressed these issues with the staff they are rude, blame it on the recipient, & when they realize it's their mistake (I.e not leaving the community box key in the personal mailbox, placing the package in the wrong mailbox, scanning it as delivered & taking it back to the post office for the sake of not ringing the doorbell) they don't apologize & still try to excuse their poor delivery service. There is a blonde lady though who always rings the doorbell when larger items come in & she is very friendly. Other carriers could really take some notes! So overall, yes they ship my items as I'd expect but their service could improve drastically.

I have done quite a bit of business with the Ripon post office. This post office is on the smaller…read moreside. When you first walk in there are several packaging accessories on the wall to the right. If you need a last minute card for a special occasion, they have a card rack against the wall. There is a counter on the back wall with room for customers to finish packaging and addressing their shipments. There are three points of sale at the front counter and it is typically staffed with 1-2 employees. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes. Each visit, I have found the different staff members to be friendly and helpful. During transactions they always ask if I need any stamps. I have never run into any customer service issues.

She said some of the helpers had misplaced it into another PO Box. She was nice enough to put it in the right one for us after I called my landlord. Other post offices have much better selections. Even small ones like Burson or Wallace and service is much better. I never requested it to be held at the post office. I paid for the expedited service to be delivered to my house to prevent complications by not taking the medication. I rushed over to the post office and arrived there at 4:59 PM. The doors were already locked. There was no one else but me and the lady that was locking the door. I asked politely if I can pick up my package please. She said no we're closed. Come back tomorrow. And now I have to miss another day and I will rush there in the morning to go pick up my package. If I make it through the night without having a stroke. I would give it a zero review cause they don't even deserve one star. There should be violations for this type of work ethic. The post office is a customer driven business without human beings the post office wouldn't exist. It's not only about customer service. It's about being human and understanding what it means to take care of people's mailing needs. Seems like nobody cares about customers needs at this post office. The Mail delivery person didn't care and the person inside behind the counter obviously does not care. I know there's nothing I can do but writing this review hopefully wakes somebody up.

They are the only place in town that will take Amazon returns. They can take care of your printing needs, shipping, notary, packing, copying faxing, shredding and you can get a mailbox here. They sell shipping supplies as well as the cutest greeting cards. They do get busy but the staff moves quickly getting everyone taken care of. Always great customer service.
