Likes: + I like that I can pick up small mail here without having to talk to anyone. + They help mail out your passport renewal application. + When I needed help reviewing my passport renewal application, the nice lady willingly helped review all my paperwork. I am grateful for her patience and kindness. Non-likes: - They open kinda late on weekdays, at 8:30am. - There is often a long, slow line. - They used to leave the front door unlocked overnight. Not anymore... - When I needed help tracking my lost packages, the managers basically ignored me. - Crowded parking. Some folks may park right next to you when many other spots are still open, hindering your access. - I don't know why they suddenly removed my name from my PO BOX, giving me a big hassle. I had to repeatedly visit this post office to set things right so I can receive mail again. Oh bother.

I was honestly shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained this post office was. The floors,…read morecounters, and overall lobby looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Everything felt neglected and unsanitary. This is a busy U.S. Post Office serving the Huntington Beach community, and there is no excuse for a government facility to be kept in this condition. With so many people coming through every day, basic cleanliness should be a priority. The Warner Avenue location seriously needs a deep cleaning and much better ongoing maintenance. My purpose was dropping off some military care packages overseas for the "FIRST TIME". I had my custom forms already printed, and just needed to attach them which she prompted me to do. One thing I had noticed was how curt she was with our interaction but that wasn't an issue, I understand we're all busy. But after her directing me to attach the customs forms, as I was working on that in the office I noticed when other customers asked her questions or asked for assistance, she rolled her eyes and would just say "oh my god". Rude af. Whatever- so I go back to her to drop off the packages after attaching the customs form and she takes my packages and just prints me out a tracking. I leave but as I'm walking out I realize that I hadn't had to pay postage which confused me since I I never paid online with the customs form- it just gave me an estimate based on my package info and weight . I didn't want to risk having the shipment sent back or destroyed because of unpaid postage so I go back inside and ask her about it. That's when she gives me the nastiest attitude and says "why didn't you tell me that first" and I said "that's why I'm asking you and double checking right now?" And she just proceeds to roll her eyes and basically scold me for not letting her know- but isn't it your job to make sure these packages are paid for (?) I'm generally patient as someone who also works in a customer facing job, but this was extremely frustrating and I tell her "like I had prefaced I had the customs forms printed, but in no way did I ever say I prepaid for my labels? Also I also said this was my first time sending packages overseas to a military member and you would think you would care to double check since this is your job?" Mind you up to this point I had been nice with our interactions and genuinely just curious and wanting to take the correct steps but Nhu was just extremely judgmental and acting like she didn't want to help. Only until I had asked for her name, and a huge line of people started to form behind me did she finally switch her attitude. Unfortunately at the end of this I wasn't even able to ship my packages because of a zip code issue. I ended up going to a different usps afterwards for better help with this issue. So thanks for nothing nhu.

This is a VERY small post office located inside the mall. Park near the entrance of the picture I…read moretook. Once you go in, it's about the third store to the right. There is only one person working so if there's a line I'm sure it can be a while. I've only been here once and my experience was decent. The guy was short with me and didn't really say much, but nonetheless he helped me get in and out quickly. They did have a lady off to the side sorting and labeling a cart full of packages. I was very thankful that I was helped before she got back in line. I'll continue coming back here, because it's so close to my house in Huntington Beach. I will continue to take my chances and hope there's no line. I don't think many people know about this post office because it's inside the mall.

I scheduled an appointment online for a passport application for today last week and when i arrived…read more20 minutes before my scheduled time, there was someone else who said they've been waiting for over 30 minutes and also stopped by the day before to find out the passport office was closed. When I asked an employee for help, they explained that the office is closed because management doesn't want to pay for overtime so they closed early. The employee asked if I can come by the next day before 3pm and I responded with saying "no, because I work and I requested time off to be here. Which is why I also scheduled an appointment online. If you guys are going to close, then you should let people know." She responded with saying to call the numbers on the passport office to complain. I took photos of the phone numbers and everything else taped on the office doors. Both numbers listed do not work - they just keep ringing. It's pretty ridiculous if you schedule online for specific time and you cannot be helped by anyone.

Didn't realize this AIM Mail Center spot was part of Amazon's package pickup network. I can't get…read moreAmazon packages sent home because I'm never home (work) in time to get my stuff before package thieves claim them, so I've been utilizing Amazon lockers lately, especially with the nearby Amazon Fresh store in FV closed now. My usual Amazon locker was full, and AIM Mail Center popped up as a Amazon Counter. Cool! Once I received my package-ready-for-pickup email from Amazon, I made my way over the following morning to get my package. The store opens at 8am sharp - and the guy was on-time. He was friendly, prompt, scanned my email barcode and started to sort through the pile of packages behind the counter. No lines. No wait. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. In addition to Amazon package pickup services, there's a few walls of PMB (private mailboxes) - which are sorta like PO Boxes, except they can prob accept Fedex/UPS packages for you in that the USPS can't. Assortment of greeting cards, display signs, mailing supplies, copy machine services - you can even get your keys cut here. Not sure about the prices, but I imagine the value is that you can avoid the crowd at the post office if you ship here. Plenty of parking upfront depending on time and day - it's in the busy Albertson's shopping center with like 7 Kei Concepts restaurants.

Keith is my numero uno helping me with packages all the time and Tina, the supervisor, was so helpful when I had an issue with a package not being forwarded and I thought lost forever, she took my number and said she would call. I held out hope, but also I know people get busy and it was a holiday weekend, but lo and behold, she called first thing when usps opened again.
