"Paying someone to verify that you are the person in your ID photo so that you can get a birth certificate to get a new ID even though you already went through this whole entire process when you got your driver's license in the first place is so much fun!" -no one, ever At least it only took a few minutes, and he only charged me $10. The documents that he notarized for me were accepted by the county clerk the same day. Everyone who I interacted with was friendly, and the store didn't seem to be too overcrowded as compared to some experiences I've had with UPS stores in the Sacramento area.

The "CEO" Teresa came out with an attitude from hell and was…read morebad mouthing us to another customer in close promixity of my niece after we asked for an itemized receipt of a $113 total --- understandably so, any customer would question a total that high for some copies, a scan and two certified mail letters. After I mentioned she was being overly aggressive, she insisted she was not while still behaving insanely rude. The poor staff member she had was unable to handle the tasks herself and was improperly trained so made mistakes although she was trying her best to be kind through the entire interaction. I am appalled at the customer service and even the attire of someone whom claims to be the CEO. This place is an absolute joke; unprofessional and disgusting customer service with zero etiquette. My mother has frequented this place and I have advised her on many occasions to handle her copy, print and mailing needs here. However, after the way we were treated today, we will never return and make sure we alert the community of the behavior and unprofessionalism. TIP: FEDEX, UPS and USPS will be WAY cheaper and friendlier. Mailing costs alone will be at least 33% less and you will just need to print out at staples or actual UPS store (wish I had known this sooner).

Witnessed a senior employee attempting to train an employee while we all waited. The manager should have expedited things and managed our expectations and wait better. The trainee, seeming pressured from the more senior employee, appeared to get emotional when they mis-stamped the person in front of me's docs. Witnessing this, I again, I should have left. Finally, after more than 45m, it was my turn. I was turned away as I was missing pages. I shared feedback with the manager that I did not appreciate being made to wait, only to be turned away. I came back an hour later with the missing pages, and the manager hid behind the counter and made another employee say that notary services were shut for the day. Terrible experience.
