Unfriendly service, long wait times, and more. I'd suggest avoiding. Walked in to get a document notarized. There were three people in front of me, perhaps I should have left. Witnessed a senior employee attempting to train an employee while we all waited. The manager should have expedited things and managed our expectations and wait better. The trainee, seeming pressured from the more senior employee, appeared to get emotional when they mis-stamped the person in front of me's docs. Witnessing this, I again, I should have left. Finally, after more than 45m, it was my turn. I was turned away as I was missing pages. I shared feedback with the manager that I did not appreciate being made to wait, only to be turned away. I came back an hour later with the missing pages, and the manager hid behind the counter and made another employee say that notary services were shut for the day. Terrible experience. read more

First I would like to say for the large amount of people that have experienced very poor service and then poor customer service at this location, my friends who manage their own UPS Stores outside of this area recommend you call the Customer Support Team at The UPS Store Headquarters at 1-800-789-4623 to let them know what you've been experiencing at this store and provide the exact names of staff and if the manager was involved provide their name as well. If you experience great service and customer service from a staff member you can also nominate them for the Something Extra Program which is cool. So to the negative service of someone I'm related to whom I recommended to this store. I recommended a healthcare worker in my family to this UPS store in an area close to where she will be transferring and its serious for her to have a reliable mailing address in her situation. The female UPS staff at this location assisting our senior citizen family member and her began the process of opening their mailbox in an incomplete manner due to the owner being out of town, somehow they can't open a box for two people unless their manager is on site, in order to have her sign and notarize a form in person while she was there. Apparently she gave all her other information, gave her passport and IDs and later told her that wasnt enough. I know people that manage UPS stores in multiple locations around the US due to traveling for work and they are saying the staff here made a mess of a simple situation and now being rude towards the person I recommended here is not how they'd have this initiated and they wouldn't be happy with their customers being treated this way. Again just disappointed in the unreliable, defensive and catty female staff here. I thought Eastern Oregon was improving. Instead of apologizing, understanding the seriousness of her concerns and being respectful one girl apparently started announcing that she since her mother works as a 911 Dispatcher that this equates to her situation completely even though the mail she's waiting on regards a DV safety program for a healthcare worker that works two full time positions in pediatric hospice and local hospitals. I'll update at a later time but to be honest I'm shocked and disgusted at the moment. Will definitely be recommending healthcare workers and females with safety needs to go elsewhere for their post office if the staff at this location continue addressing the situation and her in such an unhelpful, defensive and unsupportive manner. It's odd that in Oregon you still have women treating other women so poorly, but I guess Eastern Oregon has its reputation read more

Employee refused to ship a pre-bubble wrapped muzzle device (I said it was airsoft) because "it's too close to a gun part." Never had this issue with other UPS stores, find somewhere else if you intend to ship scary inert pieces of metal. read more

This UPS store is conveniently located in relation to where I work, so I come here a lot. Despite the frequent long lines, all staff is always very friendly and efficient. Lines move quickly, and customers are treated with respect. The only drawbacks are the very poorly laid-out parking lot, and its location right next door to a not particularly savory establishment. read more

The Manager of the store is awful! The employee yesterday was just as bad. I have waited to post my review of this store until i had 3 seperate visits. That way no one could say it was an off day. 2 Occassions I witnessed her Rude to Customers and Yesterday i got it first hand from her and the other employee. The manager needs to be fire! Shes extremely rude to customers. She argues with them when they try and explain things. And when they are correct and she was wrong She makes offensive remarks. She has no respect for People during Covid 19 Mask Requirements. She feels that if customers are wearing masks that everyone's protected. And its okay for her not to wear one when its required. I watched a lady leave the store beacuse the Manager was coughing and REFUSED to put on a mask. This place needs a clean sweep. New people. Employees have no masks on. They have cups for clean and used pens but employees put used pens in clean cup. They do have social distance marks on the floor but no enforcement by employees. Customers were getting into arguments telling others to backup. read more

I needed to ship a spinning wheel to Spokane, Washington and went to this UPS store so they could help me pack and ship it. They did a great job, and my wheel arrived safely and in perfect condition. Since then, I have shipped two more spinning wheels, one of them all the way to North Carolina. I took the wheels apart as much as I could, wrapped some of the remaining pieces in bubble wrap, and went back to this store so that they could finish up. Not only did they make custom boxes for my wheels, they also added more bubble wrap over the pieces that would be most susceptible to damage. Both wheels again arrived in perfect condition. The employees here are absolutely fabulous, giving me advice as well as making sure my spinning wheels were well protected. I can't say enough wonderful things about this store and it's employees. Prices are very reasonable, and all my shipping will always be done here. This is one awesome UPS store! read more

As someone who has worked at a UPS store before this place is a joke, the lack of organization is un heard here, they don't keep track of packages for mailbox holders and have no standards of packing if you send something through this UPS store you might as well roll the dice on whether your package gets there together... go to any other store or even the postal annex much better results. read more

Located in the heart of Gresham and near Troutdale this UPS store is right off Hogan. I routinely visit to drop off and ship packages. The staff is friendly and the lines short. The priceing is comparable to other shipping companies like FedEx and USPS. They also have tape, boxes and other types of shipping supplies you may need. The store is clean and there is ample parking to choose from. This is my preferred UPS store for the location and also fast, friendly, service from the staff. read more

Anytime I have to ship packages, this is my go to place. The employees are always friendly and service is prompt. Every time I've gone in there have been at least two employees, even during slower times of day. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes. If you're a noob to shipping packages & have no idea what the heck you're doing I recommend coming to this UPS store location. As I walked in I was immediately acknowledged with a friendly tone. I had never had the need to ship a package before so this was my first time & I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I hesitantly told them that & apologized for not having my packages taped & ready to go. They were SO NICE! They made my shipping experience a breeze. Mathew & a girl with short hair were working. Mathew helped me ship my package. Both were personable & friendly.i could tell they genuinely wanted to help & wanted my first shipment to be a pleasant one. Terrible service. Rude, unwilling to help with anything but taking your payment. I went into the store for an amazon return and they turned me away due to laziness. They wanted more tape on my box and sent me to another store. Would have cost $30 unnecessarily. Amazon gave me guidance how to prepare my return; I ended up going to another ups store without incident. Stay away from this place unless you want ant to be treated badly. Don't ever use this store. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I sent packages overnight and when they were not delivered, UPS said the refund must come from the store. I called the store and they said it would be processed in 10 days. Two months later-no refund. Now the owner said I never called and since she can't remember it didn't happen. I'm out over $270. The owner was rude, inconsiderate and the worst customer service imaginable. read more

Usually in here a few times a month to send out packages, on the weekends, and everyone is great. Went in yesterday (Tuesday) to fax insurance info. Needed a color printout, since I only print in black and white at home. Was told to use computer, as the USB ports on the printer/copiers don't work. Used the PC for 30 seconds, and the color copier was out, so I printed on the black and white (I could have done this at home) and got my fax off. Woman forgets to charge me the 10 cents for the copy. I remind her. She then charges me $2 for using the PC. Tells me that it's the cheapest around. Annoyed that I have to pay $2 for a ten cent copy. Do yourself a favor and use the UPS store on 181st and Glisan instead. They won't upcharge 2000% on 1 page black and white print jobs. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to drop off 3 oversized boxes but needed to change the ship to address. Was told they couldn't do that; all they could do was make new labels and charge me "again." I found it unfathomable that the UPS store couldn't update labels. Looking on line today, UPS hadn't yet charged me as the labels hadn't been scanned plus they have Delivery Intercept where the ship to address can be changed before delivery. Shame on you, you simply refused to help this senior who was obviously struggling with the boxes because of their size. Guess my $125 wasn't worth your time. This is the worst shipping store I've ever seen. I took their "professional" advise on packaging a gift for a friend in California. It was only a small chain box and the girl said the bubble envelope was fine. Long story short they lost my package, gave me a wrong tracking number for USPS and would not assist me when I brought all of this to their attention. They advised their associate had "made a mistake" and there was nothing they could do. They would not even give me a refund for my shipping! The manager was rude and refused me any assistance. I had printed my mailing labels at home but my printer was low in ink and the scan machine could not read it. The UPS service person explained that she could send it based on the number on the label but eventually it would probably get stalled because it would not be able to scan as it traveled. She ask me if I had the link on my phone, which I did. She had me send it to her computer and she reprinted it for me at the store. It worked. I think this was going above expectations and so really appreciated the time it save me! read more
