They were open until 10pm. We had our gate code and unit number sent to us and had our items in by 830pm. I didn't need the lock because I had my own, so I went to drop it off at the office and they are so friendly. Space was clean and in a safe area. This is the location across from Lis Alamitos High School on Cerritos (not Carson St).

My stay was short so I didn't have Issues here, but I know it can get expensive quick. One thing to keep in mind is prices do fluctuate alot. It's best to keep an eye out online for prices. I was kinda nervous about having my things here so one day I added a 2nd lock for security and I got a call first thing in the morning the next day asking if it was me who had placed the lock. This let me know they do check all locks every day. That made me feel better about having my stuff there. Place was always clean whenever I arrived. Couple of weird folks around the gate area around the evening times but nothing crazy. I would rent here in the future.

The place is easy to get to. The staff is nice. They have carts available for loan upon presentation of your driver license. It's clean. I feel like the security is good. I didn't get any names of the people yet, but everyone seems to be nice. My only problem is that the elevators dont always cooperate with the security system. So you push the elevator button, put in your code on the security pane and then hope that the Elevator Gods are smiling on you. I continue to have issues getting the elevator (The right side particularly) to cooperate. I'm gonna keep trying though. I would do business with this place again...

I had rented and paid on-time every month; but the value just isn't there. This company will randomly try to raise the rent on you whenever they think they can get away with it. They make you sign evil contracts that prevent you from holding them accountable if they screw up - check the fine print. Their 'app' is awful and barely ever works, and you are forced to use it to access the facility via bluetooth - but it is so unreliable you can get stuck in the elevator just trying to get to your unit. Not to mention that if you move out one minute into a new month they will charge you for the WHOLE month - no pro-ration, nothing. Bet you they will still rent out your entire unit and pocket double the profit though. Absolute scam artists that are using their monopoly power to screw over the normal person. Avoid this place at all costs - but if you must, be kind to staff cause the people here are great. Just a shame the company is such a dirty rotten cheat.

Around last month while I was in my storage unit I was leaving around 6:30 and I got locked in. I didn't know why I was locked in and I had to wait for 30 minutes for a kind gentleman to help me get out of my storage unit. Multiple times after that, I went back and tried my code but it didn't work, and there wasn't anyone in the office. So I tried to call customer service. Unsurprisingly no one answered. I called again a few days later and no one answered again. Then I called another day and finally someone picked up the phone. They spoke to me and told me that I have to have autopay enrolled to get "extended hours." That's the first time I've ever heard about this in the 3 years I've been using this storage unit. I had to find out after being locked in the storage. Then she proceeds to tell me that she will give me back my hours. So today, I went to my storage unit and I put my stuff in, and my boyfriend unfortunately left his phone in there, so we went back to get his phone at 6:10 pm, but guess what. We weren't able to go in. So I called and asked why my hours were still not back and if they could fix it but they said that they could not. So now my boyfriend doesn't have his phone and can't go to work tomorrow cause he needs to go during the "regular hours." Also they upped the price of my unit to 185 dollars a month for a tiny 5 by 5 unit.
