They were open until 10pm. We had our gate code and unit number sent to us and had our items in by 830pm. I was with ESS for 3 months and the experience was pretty good. I had never rented a storage unit before but Brian explained everything over the phone and was professional in person. We went over everything and made sure everything was working in about 30 mins and I was good to go. Kirsten was also helpful during my stay and showed me some of the other units they had when I needed to downsize. My stay was short so I didn't have Issues here, but I know it can get expensive quick. One thing to keep in mind is prices do fluctuate alot. It's best to keep an eye out online for prices. I was kinda nervous about having my things here so one day I added a 2nd lock for security and I got a call first thing in the morning the next day asking if it was me who had placed the lock. This let me know they do check all locks every day. That made me feel better about having my stuff there. Place was always clean whenever I arrived. Couple of weird folks around the gate area around the evening times but nothing crazy. I would rent here in the future. read more

Was shopping around for a storage unit. I was helped by Brian and he was amazing. I viewed three different storage sizes. I felt the price was out of my budget. I decided to reserve a 7x10 unit which the company will hold for 7 days. I found better prices for the same unit size but the other location didn't work for me. I gave Brian a call and he was able to assist me with the unit I reserved over the phone. On move in day Brian walked me over to my unit again and went over codes. I asked if there was a light. Great Self-Storage! We have used a few over the years. This one by far is the best we have ever used. Convenient location, very clean, and excellent security measures in place. We were able to complete an application, select a unit, and get our security code all online! I had called other places that online appeared to have availability, but actually had nothing and only could get on a wait list or persuaded into a different size unit. Very pleased. Been renting with them for 3ish months and suddenly they're raising the rate of my rent over $40? Is this normal? Do they trick everyone with this bs? The web rate posted online is still the original rate I was paying so they're definitely renting out units at a promo rate and then jacking it up later. They claim it's to match "market rate" but my rate is now higher than the "in store" rate they have listed online. Bullshit business practice I would suggest you find somewhere else.
