My sister recommended this place. I needed a place to move to asap that gave me access until as late as possible. I had to move out of my old apt because my landlord needed his unit back and paid me for movers and storage. At first, this place seemed awesome! Great location. But as time went by... even though I paid on time (auto pay), my code kept saying "see manager." The first time, he said something about my ID. I went and gave him my ID even though I already finished the process online. THEN... as months kept going by... same issue: "see manager"... what is going on?! How am I NOT able to access my belongings in the space I've been paying for?! Then I found out they can compensate for the trouble and offer a credit or something. So I called the office. THEY said they won't do it because I should've told them each time it happened. What?! They said they gave me a new code and then the same thing kept happening! I just went with my sister whenever she went to get access to the unit! THEN... they said they had locked me in on the rate I had but I got an email saying that they were raising it and then another email saying to disregard... but SUDDENLY, I got charged for $270 for my unit almost $100 more and the place isn't even temperature controlled like advertised! It was hot inside and muggy! Don't rent on the 3rd floor! Next, I had to move my stuff out of my sister's and needed more space and since my stuff was there already, I found a deal and got a smaller unit. They were trying to charge me extra for a transfer? No! I just needed another new unit! So I got a deal for 2 months like it advertised online... except... it pro rated the first month deal and that means I don't get exactly 2 months discount deal, I get whatever is left of the current month! That's shady! But I was desperate so I took it! They charged me the extra lock for overpriced amount and I went in to let the staff know I had my own lock. She told me to come the day I'm supposed to move in and show the manager and he'll refund me the amount. So I came today, 9/11/26 (I know) & no one was in the office! I had movers charging by the hour, babysitting my stuff while waiting for someone in the office to PICK UP! The operator said the manager's lunch hour starts at 1:30. So I ran to the office and it said "Be back at 9:30" but there's another smaller sign that said "CLOSED today!" I called again and the operator said there's NO record on file that it was supposed to be closed. So another lady pulls up and she called the hotline too. We're both standing in the hot sun trying to reach someone and I got movers waiting for me to get the lock opened off my unit I PAID for! I had to move my stuff to someone else's unit temporarily (THANK GOD, they let me!) and come back the next day! I called to see if someone would be there tomorrow (Saturday) and they said they cannot guarantee! To call 9:30am before driving there! This is ridiculous! I'm looking up the owners to send them a message. I'd like some form of refund or credit or compensation for the distress and the days I haven't been able to access my unit, please! Don't come here unless it's the cheapest option you can ever find! If my back wasn't hurting & I can afford movers and a truck again... I'd move everything out and somewhere else! read more

Went to inquire about space and was assisted by Jarrius. He was absolutely awesome. Gave me a tour of the property and the units in was interested in. Prices were fair and great incentives to use their facility. The facility was super clean, fresh and not stuffy. No pesticides that I could see, they also offer RV, car and boat storage. Overall a great facility, very organized and reasonable. To Top it off Jarrius knowledge and customer service was top notch. Ask for him when you visit, and see for yourself. read more

Unprofessional staff. I feel like no one wants to do their job there. When I first wanted to move in I called and was left on hold for an hour no response. I should've just left after that. I moved in and told I would get credit for having my own storage lock key for my next promo month. I only needed it for two months while my apartment was ready. I never got the credit and when I went in the go ask about it I accidentally said "refund" and Jarrius who was working at the front kept coming at me with technicalities and saying "we don't do refunds" which I understood, so I just explained how I was upset that I didn't ever get my promo when I was gonna cancel and instead he raised his voice explaining the same thing again. I just gave up. So useless, and disappointing because when I first came in he was so nice and helpful. They sure know how to get you in and when they take your money they just treat you that way. Found roaches and ants in my storage anyway. read more

I didn't know where to begin. This place is the worst place to store your belongings. I've lost passports, family photos, damaged clothing and shoes. They have a huge rat problem and they deliberately sabotaged my storage unit with water because they are participating in hateful acts against me for an old enemy of mine. Do NOT trust these fools with your stuff. And on top of that the manager "Jordan" is consistently rude and lacks customer service skills that are basic. Never any carts available. Restroom on third floor is always locked. A/C seems to always be on the lowest setting but they will try to significantly increase monthly payment from one month to another. read more

Secure space is the name, but me and the other customer did not feel secured. I tried to hop in the elevator at 6pm, then a guy in a bike came out of the elevator on the first floor. He went back inside but I did not go with him. Then he came back out because he didn't know he needed a code to use the elevator. Then he came out rode around the building trying to find a way to get inside the elevator with unsuspecting customers. I went out called the after hrs line of secure space. They said they will send the security, but 30 mins passed no security came. I just went up quickly to the 3rd floor to get my stuff and left. Security still did not arrive when I left at around 6:45pm. Please improve your security response. read more

Review update: It's been over a week since the "owner" told me to reach out to a bogus email where there has still been no response. On top of the.first very major issue, they now don't have the key to my storage locker that has their lock on it and they are not allowing me to take MY THINGS OUT! Rented a space here in January to store my mother's belongings who passed away a week prior. My unit was broken into and the monetary amount of the things stolen can't make up for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren not being able to physically have something of hers. I had to pay to have the lock drilled out and get a new lock when they've known after speaking to local police that a theft ring has been going on since late March. I get multiple pay your bill notifications but not one letting renters know to check your unit. What am I paying for?!?! I expect some ChatGpt or IOS notes generated response to this review with some email to send my concerns(which I've already done). Filling out claim forms to "possibly" receive and a small percentage of the actual amount is beyond frustrating. I hope if there are others who are unfortunately in the same situation to voice your concerns so that others won't have to go through this as well. read more

This facility completely unsecure. Units get broken into all the time and there is no help from staff at all. I acquired a storage unit here in January by March. It was completely broken into I had over $3000 worth of stuff stolen and when I was told, I was filing an insurance claim with the workers that work there they gave me information to update my claim with insurance company. I contacted the insurance company and they said that they were actually no longer their insurance provider and then the manager sent me over their proper insurance provider, after begging for weeks, and basically told me that it's up to me now to fill out all the information myself, despite them being the reason that my claim is now going to be filed three weeks later since they gave me the improper information the first time. The police department has also shared that they've had multiple break-ins with none of the units locks being tempered with meaning they must have extra keys that they are giving out to somebody to be able to break into people's units. The police department also shared that the facility has been completely unresponsive with them as well. You need a code to get in at every door, which means the people that are breaking into the units must know management. read more
