Many storage places just hope and pray that people forget to pay their bills so they can seize your storage, often declining to send reminders to people who are late. Enterprise is not like this. They have a generous grace period during which they send out several reminders. They are in the business of providing rental storage units, not seizing property. Also of note, during Covid, before we knew that we could claim unemployment we were worried about our bills and paying them in time. I called Enterprise at that time to inquire what would happen if I was late and they informed me that they were freezing all seizures during the lockdown. This is a solid, ethical business and I would recommend them to anyone.

It was late in the day, they were open for 1 more hour and she was able to go over contract details, storage unit sizes/prices and standard grounds procedures/protocols so efficiently that I was still able to return to my new unit within operating hours and achieve my goal of having all my items safely and securely relocated by the days end. I used this storage facility for about a year and a half, and the experience was overall…read moredisappointing. I wanted to support a local business at the time hence why I selected this facility. I wanted to make my experiences public to warn others about this business. I found that the door right outside my unit was almost always never locked (the one before the access to my personal unit) and sometimes the front door to the building was wide open. There was trash inside and around my unit from the start (and consistently around in general), and the smell of mildew and marijuana was a constant issue. Carts are not available even after a mention of getting one cheap one (and because they will raise your rent every year with no amenities whatsoever). Communication overall was extremely poor - it took weeks just to get the light in my unit fixed. When I would physically go to the office, 50% of the time there was no one present during regular business hours to address my issues. It appears that the point person Misty is constantly frazzled and the job's responsibilities from her management company is either too overwhelming to handle or she isn't the best person for this job. When I asked about a refund for the eight months of unused portion of my annual payment (because I had moved further away), I learned that they do not offer refunds. There was nothing in the contract stating that unused time for annual payments were nonrefundable. I didn't agree to terms that weren't mentioned to me at all in any way. I offered a 20% "early cancellation fee" from the remaining unused rent owed to me. I attempted three times to end the relationship quickly, fairly, and amicably, but Misty and her management company refused by not responding or reiterating the contract that had no mention of annual term leases in any way. lt's a shame that businesses like this actively choose to go the route through small claims court and negative reviews than to do what's right. In this case, it came down to $665.60 (with the 20% deduction I offered) so you can get a sense of how this business operates. I would not recommend this facility/business based on my experience unless your expectations of a storage unit is at a bare, bare minimum.

Yikes... I made a uhual reservation 2 weeks in advance with a one way trip of about 400 miles. My…read morereservation was confirmed the night before and I was advised it was at US storage centers. I ordered a 15 foot truck with a dolly quoted at about 600 dollars. My reservation time was for 10am and my email said to arrive within an hour of your reservation time. I showed up at 10:20am. When I tried to get my truck I was informed it was rented out to the person who just walked out minutes prior and there were no more 1 way trucks. Obviously this was frustrating and I began trying to find solutions as the agent did not seem to offer any other solutions. I requested he rent me a 10 foot truck for 1 way which was agreed on. When it came time to take the truck it had a lock on the back with an unknown combination. After about a 45 minute process... the code was discovered and I was told I could leave. I then asked about the dolly I reserved with my truck originally. I was informed there were no dolly's available. Leaving me no option but to go purchase a dolly. I don't often leave negative reviews unless one is warranted. All around a lot of improvement can be made. 2 stars only because I was able to complete my trip after all the inconveniences.

THE KIOSK WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY YOU PAID NOTHING. DONT LET IT CYCLE OUT. CLICK YES WHEN IT ASKS IF YOU NEED MORE TIME. you can always pay over the amount and it will go to the next month. luckily when I paid at the kiosk and the kiosk timed out because I didn't have the exact amount. when I reentered the portal it said I paid nothing when I was a few dollars short. I called the office and they checked the kiosk for me and I was able to pay the correct amount the next day.
