This is the weekend I'm cleaning out the garage because I'm not doing another Texas Summer with it so hot. I drive past this place a lot but finally stopped in and it's actually very nice. They have a nice camera display and offered me a truck to move stuff with. I ended up with a smaller unit and it averages $60 a month but they gave me a special for this month. This is my first time in storage so I hope it goes well. I'm looking forward to parking both cars and not roasting myself every time I leave the house. The management here sucks! Capital SUCKS! I moved my stuff into here in May 16, 2016 & signed up for them to take money out of my account when necessary (bc SERIOUSLY it's 2016 WHO DOESNT DO THAT?) On top of that, I made my 1st PAYMENT up front which would "bond" us. It didn't. Not bc I didn't provide & approve the information necessary but bc the MANAGER didn't do it. June went by & supposedly I didn't "pay" for the month of June but I never received a phone call about it until July 9, 2016. The manager said she tried to reach me by email but she didn't. Why? Because she didn't put my email information down correctly! The phone call I received was at 5:55 pm on a Saturday, 5 minutes before they close & would be closed ALL DAY THE NEXT DAY! I missed the call but I tried to immediately call back & no one answered. I called Monday at 11:45 am & the manager ha already left for lunch. The person I was speaking to had no idea how to help me. The manager didn't return my call, so I had to get aggressive & call back for myself & start arguing w/whoever I spoke with so they would remember my name. And now I owe $280 bc the MANAGER doesn't know how to run her business. I moved my stuff in @ the end of May & today is July 13th, 2016. I was supposed to get a discount price of $50 for the first 2 months; each month. I paid $67 for signing up & what I thought was the 1st month's payment. But like I said, I owe $280?! July 29th I paid my bill & I talked to the owner & everything's "caught up." I go to the storage & there's a different lock on my storage. I tried to call the manager but no one is available to help me. What happened to the 24 hr service? read more

Over-priced, Over-priced, Over-priced ... My first and last experience here was storing my trailer in the covered parking area for trailers. I decided to use this one because it was close to my house ... I only kept my trailer there for four-months. I looked around for prices at other locations with the same amenities ... US Storage Center is the most expensive. That would be okay if the reason for the up-charges (amenities) actually worked. They are very hard to get on the phone and communicate with. On-line bill pay was down for most of my short stay there. Management is very hard to understand and matter of fact. Over-all I had a bad experience and would caution all those that are looking into renting a space here. read more

I can't say enough about this property! They went above and beyond to save the storage we wanted and then gave us all the ins and outs of renting a storage building since it was our first time. The property was well lit, had plenty of security and was clean. We rented a climate controlled unit for two and a half months and have no complaints. Maddie in the front office was so kind and helpful along with the other two front office people, it was extremely easy to pay our bill and they're always running wonderful specials on units. I called around for pricing on several units and there's was the least expensive. I don't foresee us needing a storage until anytime soon but if I did, this would surely be the place that I'd go. Not too thrilled about this place. The manager seemed very uninterested and didn't care to be there. I waited outside for 15 mins for her to get back when her sign said she would return at 2:30 and didn't until 2:45. When she did return it looked like she had just crawled out of bed and the office was a mess. Paperwork everywhere. Dirty plate. Important documents and payment receipts of other tentants. There was trash throughout the property and her lack of knowledge disappointed me. Honestly if I didn't have experience in storage, and live close by, I would of chose to go somewhere else. Location and the price was the only reason I chose them. I would definitely suggest some more in depth training for the management team at this location. read more

By far the best storage experience I've had! Our family is constantly on the move, and storage units are a must for us. This is our second storage company in the Pasadena area, and Maddie took the best care of us. I highly recommend going to see her if you have any storage needs! The storage facility is clean and well maintained.The staff as always been nice and very helpful.

Have been renting for years since the place was Go Store It. Facility was great during this time with an older couple living in house and maintaining the facility in an excellent manner. When it changed to AC Storage, the level of maintenance deteriorated. Have complained several times about the dirty hallways. There would be so much dirt on the door to the unit, you had to stand back when you raised the door or it would fall all over you. Now there is an infestation of bugs in my unit and I can't move any of my fall or Christmas decorations for fear of transferring the roaches to my car and house. There are visible cobwebs hanging from the metal rafters of the building and in my unit. Tried to talk to the managers at 5:55pm on October 3rd however they had already locked the doors and stood behind the counter looking at me as I tried to open the door. Sent an email to the manager with my concerns and she referred me to the district manager. The rent has continued to escalate and when I complained they lowered the rent by $6.00 per month. The facility has now changed hands again. Will decide whether to stay or leave based on the actions of the district manager. read more
