If this were someone's first experience with Port of Subs, they would probably walk away thinking the entire brand is overpriced, which isn't true. Most Port of Subs locations offer multiple sizes at reasonable prices and provide much better value. What made this visit even more frustrating was the amount of meat on the sandwich. For the price being charged, the portions were very small and did not justify the cost. On top of that, the customer service was poor and made the experience even worse. This location does not represent the quality or value that Port of Subs is known for.
