It was aggressive and completely inappropriate -- and I was forced to consider legal action if it continued. I regret completing my purchase here and truly wish I had gone to a different dealership for the same vehicle. I found another nearby location that has been much more helpful and professional, even though I didn't buy the car from them. This dealership's customer service appears to end the moment they have your signature. It was a complete shift -- overnight -- and unfortunately, their focus seemed to be entirely on the sale rather than any real commitment to customer satisfaction or follow-up.
