Travel options are few and far between at best. Last train on Saturdays are at 7:05 pm. No outlets to plug and charge your phone, yet they have a box with chargers for $8 to rent. This station is also connected to the Greyhound Bus Terminal (in the back), yet the seating area is closed at 10 pm leaving waiting passengers sitting outside in the wee hours of the morning awaiting the Flix|Fullington|Greyhound buses. Amtrak really needs to update this station.

Naturally, all malls have suffered to some degree in recent years with online shopping getting more and more prevalent. Towson Town Center remains reasonably active though, and there are quite a few streets nearby with active businesses as well.

Depending on the day, time, weekend/week day and if its a holiday would determine the type of crowd of shopping. When I went it was just before Christmas, therefore, parking was hectic and the mall was busy. I was able to make my shopping experience smooth by parking on the top level and going to the stores necessary then leaving out. The mall was decorated and in sync with the holiday spirit.

When you come back, pay for the parking and then leave. Spaces were reasonably wide and there were plenty of them on a weekday. Perhaps later in the day and on weekends, it gets busy. But I was able to find a spot on a low floor near the exit easily. And speaking of the exit, follow the signs and the painted arrows. Don't try and work it out yourself as it's messy. There is a pay machine at the foot entrance on the ground floor. I didn't see any higher up.

People do this for SAFETY whe pulling out of the spot. So much better visibility to see both vehicles and pedestrians . . . especially children. Sure, there's a small sign at the entrance (which they include an image of on the violation as a CYB/CYA since the know the rule is an underhanded money grab). CONGRATULATIONS the the borough of Gettysburg boneheads who drafted this IDIOCRACY!! I had just spent over $30,000 at your local businesses, but that will NEVER happen again. Looks like it's time to show my age !!…read more I've been frequenting this area for 30+ years. I'm talking about when it was just a subway, grassy fence, walkway, and mall. Watching the growth here at Metro Center has been amazing. It's a great asset have the condos, library, garage, hotel, restaurants, activities, and outdoor events here. I am so proud of this area and I enjoy it greatly. I'm looking forward to more, upcoming events and amazing businesses arriving.

Transit onsite is really convenient (subway and bus). So much to do and so many great boutique shops and restaurants. We were going to check out the new restaurant in the area, The Tillery! There are a bunch of other places as well. There's a place called Eggspectation with a huge menu. An awesome New York style pizza shop with a fresh make your own salad option. Indian cuisine, seafood restaurant, nail salon, barber shop, hair salons, Club Pilates, Boxing spot, boutique clothing stores, pharmacy, library and even a Starbucks! I understand the concept of parking meters. Really, I do. The city gets paid. And it is correct…read morethat I did not pay the meter. For some reason, I thought that the time for paying the meter ended at 5:00 PM, but that must have been Chambersburg or some other town. So it is correct that there was a violation here. I find it interesting that the time on the ticket was less than 5 minutes after I'd left the car on the street and gone into the Blue & Gray Bar, but I guess that they're just extra vigilant with their parking violations and revenue generating unit here in Gettysburg. But what pushed me over the edge was the $2.50 "service charge" for the convenience of paying the ticket over the internet. Irritating.
