The initial dropoff was a bit confusing as there is limited parking space however we found an unmarked area in the middle of the street for dropoffs. Once we got inside the shop, the rest was easy. The shop had a lowkey vibe and theres a separate waiting room. We were surprised when we received an email confirmation that they were done as we had just sat down for lunch nearby. The entire inspection took under 40 minutes. Very happy with the service and glad we chose this place! Highly recommend if you need a safety inspection.

I needed the mirror fixed in order to drive, and as always, Boris came through in a timely manner. He ordered a new mirror and even installed a temporary mirror so I could drive home safely. Boris is honest, and his team is excellent. I've never had any issues with the front desk or his mechanics.

Middlebrook Rd being the closest to me by 10 minutes. So, I took my 2021 Wrangler in for an oil change which turned into a full on filter/s replacements as well as air in my tires, lights checked... the works. All fluids changed and have I mentioned the customer service from EVERYONE!!! From start to finish I was given the royal treatment. Explanations of how oils are changed, education on my turbo engine, why I have two batteries instead of just one.... An impressive team for sure. Today ( Feb 2,2026) I came in with a concern about my battery light coming on... the jeep only had 29k miles on it and five years old... so I was a bit concerned. She had less pick up at 70 mph as well but Jose told me to bring her by for a free alternator check!!! When I got there, Enrique hopped right on her and explained everything the team was going to do and why! Come to find out... everything in my jeep remained the same when the unhooked my battery, so I did not need to reset anything. The car continued to run so we knew then the alternator was in good shape. At that point the light was turned off soooo... with the extreme cold temps ( 2-14 degrees last week) technology tends to get wonky. Tires lose a few pounds of air and so on. I was just thrilled my alternator was in good shape. Again, Jose's team did a great job and I can truly say I will definitely recommend Lube Center on Middlebrook Rd for anyone who needs an oil/filter change! I will never go anywhere else! They're an amazing crew. They were genuinely happy people, enjoying their work and working well as a true team... way rarer than it should be. It was an oil change, but my spirits were way higher leaving. I just enjoyed being around them. The oil change was quick, and Marvin gave my car some extra tlc. It was a quick 10-15 minute stop. Im usually quite skeptical about going to new auto shops because they can rip you off while you helplessly wait for your car, but Ron has not only been more than fair with his prices, he's also very knowledgable about cars, and will give you an honest opinion and accurate recommendations for your car. He's basically upfront, and willing to explain what's going on with your car, which I love, cause I certainly don't need the run around when it comes to auto repairs. Brent is the "Real McCoy" when it comes to service writers. He's very knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle maintenance. I mentioned in my last review, how happy the customers are, I now notice how happy the crew is too. I'm sure I can't give Brent all the credit, but it seems morale is up which is great especially since the pandemic seems to keep holding many of us back. This is a great business, it's no wonder why other mechanics are always them for advice.
