I've taken my car here three different times, and each experience has reinforced how impressed I am with both the quality of their work and their integrity. The first time, my check engine light came on. They couldn't fit me in for a full appointment for a few weeks, but they still had me bring the car in to run a diagnostic and make sure it was safe to drive. After checking it out, they told me they believed it simply needed an oil change. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic, and they were right--once I got the oil changed, the check engine light never came back. The second time, I brought my car in for a different issue. They were thorough, completed the work in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. About a month later, I started experiencing similar symptoms again, so I brought it back. They dug a little deeper and discovered a nest inside the system that was blocking the drain. They spent over an hour fixing the problem, getting completely soaked in the process. When it was time to pay, they told me there was no charge because they considered it related to the previous repair. I can't say enough good things about this company. It's rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with this level of honesty and customer service. These guys are great they take care of me each and every time I need something done. My Cadillac needed something done to it to where the dealership was charging me 1200 and these guys welded the piece that needed to be put on to keep my pipes straight didn't even charge me for it. They are pretty honest with their price range for oil change, brake change, and the tire change. Their maintenance is pretty well done. I found them to do the state inspection when i brought back my car from California. They stay busy for the most part so I recommend calling them ahead of them and make an appointment if you need any services from them. I wouldn't recommend the towing service; not because service was bad. It's because their price range is actually pretty high for what it is. However, if you must use the towing service through them, the guy who does come out to tow your car will be super nice. Only reason why I didn't mind pay 380 dollars. Update 06/03/25: I just received an email from the VP/Owner, Kristin, who said that they're a small business and Complete Auto Repair Service typically has a 10-14 day repair schedule (service appointments) and that's typical and I should be skeptical if a repair shop is not busy enough and fits me in. Who wants to wait 10-14 days to bring in a car for repairs? I had no other vehicle and needed it serviced right away, which I told Nick. No alternative was offered. No one should have or expect to wait 10-14 days for an appointment. Guess it's just me. read more

I am now a return customer. And, I'm even more impressed with this company. I had, what could have been, a serious problem. It's commonly referred to as "death wobble". It's even worse than the name! The entire car wobbles and shakes violently. I'd heard that it could be drive train, transmission or even tie rods. As it turns out Brian, my mechanic, determined it was a tube by the caliper. $200. Very Trustworthy Place! I took my care here in the first place because it had so many 5 star reviews. I was told after failing emissions that I need a new catalytic converter. I took it in and they told me that it didn't look like I needed that, but my transmission may be going up. Rather than try and squeeze some money out of me they told me there was no charge and recommended I take it to a place that specialized in transmissions. I had to get my beloved motorcycle inspected and called around a few places. This location from the get go was totally friendly and helpful and accommodating to my crazy schedule, plus they were cheaper than every other place I called. The location itself can be a bit of a pain to get to and parking is terrible but I only had my motorcycle so it was okay. I dropped it off and filled out a simple form and they told me it would take 20 minutes or so so I went for a walk over to Pete's cycles to get some gloves. By the time I walked back the bike was done and good to go. The guy that did my inspection was friendly and explained everything to me and was genuinely one of the easiest to talk to people I have ever met. He was so friendly and I had a really nice conversation about local things and motorcycles and it was a great time. I would gladly go back there and the cherry on top is this is a local, family owned business run by a wife, husband and son. They are literally "honest to a fault" in that they could easily pad quotes for repairs and no one would be the wiser, yet, they never do. I have been hoping to find a good mechanic for years as I have been having my car serviced by the dealer whenever I needed it. As the car is getting older (140K+ miles), the dealer basically hands me a laundry list of work that needs done each time I go in for the "free" oil changes. After the last visit, I decided to try on-line search and found this shop. I requested a quote for the work that needed done and they responded within hours and told me they would prefer to look at the "expensive" repair to see if it was really needed before they quoted. I took my car in yesterday and waited (4.5 hours) but got to listen in on their interaction with customers, and they treated them all like family. They also said the expensive repair was not needed and would probably not be needed for another 100K miles.
