After the repairs, the vehicle looked great and was done within the time frame given but one thing that really stood out was how well they cleaned the vehicle before they returned it to me. I've had vehicles detailed before but this is an added service at no additional cost and was better than ones I've paid for in the past. This is a 5 star shop and I have to believe that they don't have more good reviews cause people tend to write reviews mostly when they are upset at a business more that grateful to one. Upon driving 40 minutes to get there, I arrive and was told that it's $50 to connect the computer which took them 3 hours to do. They then called me and told me they do not fix the issue that I had because it's a transmission issue. I took my car to 2 transmission shops and 1 other mechanic and they confirmed that it is not the transmission and that it's working in bad faith and untrustworthy for mechanics to even charge to connect the computer. Again, I was fully taken advantage of. When I called the shop to get a refund, the owner YELLED at me at the top of his lungs. A man yelled at a woman! Not only are they scammers but they're aggressive. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

My issue: I live in a brand new building nearby, and on one fine day I parked at the top level of our parking garage, which happens to be beneath the pool. Well some weird gunk leaked from the pool and onto my car, leaving a hard, white crust on the window molding and door paint. I couldn't get it off with strong rubbing alcohol or conventional cleaners, I needed professional help (that I reasoned to my building that they should pay for- and they agreed). Anyway, G&M was painstaking and delicate, minded the paint. It was not easy and I don't think just any shop could have done it. The car looks like it never suffered the abuse! I put 4 new tires there and the price was reasonable but they were quick. The main guy you'll see there in the front is Roger. Really friendly and funny guy. They have some vending machines if you need a quick drink/snack. Went back for a oil change and tire rotation and it was 40 minutes. 40 minutes!! I've taken 2 hours at the dealer just for an oil change. If you are tight in time and want great service with a couple laughs come here.
