Beware - this company is tracking you with AI I hadn't used USA in a couple of years, but I needed a car shipped from LA to Santa Fe. I started typing them an email request, and before I even finished/sent the email, a quote popped up in my inbox with the correct shipping zip codes and everything. I hadn't even sent the email yet, so how could they have known what i needed? They're either psychics, time travelers, or they're installing AI software on their client's computers. When I called to discuss the issue with them, they were nervous, dismissive and rude. They clearly realized that they got caught. They've been reported to both BBB and California Fraud Protection. I had my car shipped from California to Connecticut. Originally planned to have it picked up between 12/27 and 12/29 with a 10 day window to be delivered. My car was not picked up until 12/31 and it was delivered on 1/11. I wasn't surprised by the delays because of the weather, but I was really disappointed with the poor communication from them. Without any heads up, I waited around for my car to be picked up until I would reach out to them. I wish they were just more up front about delays.
