It cost me more than $18,000 to replace a vanity top and faucet in one bathroom and to replace the tub, vanity top and faucet in another bathroom. No cabinets, no flooring, no painting. Oh, and I had to purchase the two faucets myself. The company required a 50% down payment in November '25 and didn't start the install until the last week of March '26. The installer seemed competent, but he cracked the bathroom door molding in 2 separate places and left black marks. He did clean up after himself, even sweeping out my garage where he set up his worktable. On top of everything else, I had to buy a new shower curtain rod because after the installation the old one wouldn't fit. The service provided was overpriced, in my opinion and the company's hard sell tactics make me reluctant to recommend them. read more

My sales rep Mark was quite helpful and guided me thru all the steps explaining all the features available and time frame of what to expect. I would not do it again. To keep the warranty on the seals you have to schedule a maintenance every five years. Due to covid, I called at the 7 year mark and they would not honor it. They insisted it had to be done every five years. If they were really a customer focused company, they would have serviced the seals. read more

In the fall of 2024, my husband Jim and I went to the USA Bath show room in Reno and talked to Shelly for quite a time about the possibility of removing our 50 year old fiberglass shower/bath and turning it into a walk-in shower. We were sort of on the fence about the whole process, because we're both retired on fixed incomes, and spending a great deal of money was a little intimidating. But knowing that we were planning on aging in place in our small home in Tahoe, we decided to go forward with the project. We didn't want the project to happen during the dead of winter, because in Tahoe, you can never depend on good weather a that time of year. We have no garage, so there wouldn't have been any place for the installers to work. Shelly was very patient, and worked with us very sensitively on the scheduling. When the installation day finally arrived, we were scared, but a little excited too. And then we met our installer, Jimmy, who is a kind, extremely professional, and superbly meticulous gentleman. The work he did at every stage of the installation was of the highest quality. We had many questions during the process of the installation, and he always took time to answer them patiently. The finished product is absolutely stunning! But we are going to miss seeing Jimmy. He arrived each morning of the three days with a smile on his face and ready to go. We couldn't be happier! I ordered my bath remodel on May 28 and was finally installed November 14th-16th, the final product is outstanding and I love it but the in between time not so much as the communication was not good. I had put money down and was going to pay balance upon completion and they kept trying to get me to finance it telling me I had to sign papers. It took three phone calls to straighten that out and I did pay off the balance without financing it was just annoying to have them tell me what I had to do. While the finished product looks good, my experience was not. Don't believe the contract where it says the area will be left clean; my entire master bedroom and bathroom, walls included, are coated with dust and debris. The sinks and vanity covered in dirt and dust. My hardwood floors, covered in fine dust. I called the office And our sales representative on the first morning of the work to discuss a protocol to reduce the dirt issue- I never received a return call from either. The job took 4 days, it is now one day after completion and I have still not received a phone call. Once the contract is signed, don't expect any consideration regarding your concerns. read more
