He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. Check out the before and after pics! 2) Garbage disposal replacement: I called him on a Friday, and we were able to schedule for Monday. He showed up right on time, finished in about 20 minutes, and cleaned everything up afterward. He's efficient, professional, and just genuinely nice to work with. At this point, Ezequiel is definitely my go-to. Our project was extensive--he handled moving utilities, prepping for cabinets and countertops, installing appliances and new lighting, relocating a large kitchen window, drywall, and installing brand new engineered hardwood flooring. He also retiled our fireplace, built a new mudroom, and relocated our laundry room with new machine installs. Every aspect of his work was top-notch. I work with vendors and contractors all the time in my profession, and Servando was by far one of the easiest and most professional people I've worked with. He communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire project, was always on time, and kept the worksite extremely clean and organized. One thing I especially appreciated was that if I gave him information or directions that didn't seem quite right, he wouldn't just blindly move forward--he would ask thoughtful questions to make sure we were making the best decision possible. A hurdle to get over with no grab bars or support of any kind. After numerous ridiculous quotes from providers who did not even come to my home; I called Full House and spoke to Servando. He was responsive and willing to come over to see the job (a walk in bath). He gave me me a fair price and started the work. My fear was, my house was to be a a mess, Servando kelp my house immaculate. He helped pick out fixtures, picked them up and install them. He told me I would have it by the end of the week, it took me calling him several times until I received it a week later. I asked for pictures of his other work, again, it took me calling him several times to get the pictures. I received his quote, and it was 5 TIMES HIGHER than the other two quotes I received. Then he gave me an attitude when I told him I was going to use someone else. I strongly recommend you stay as far away from this so-called contractor as you can.

Contacted Fence It, Alex came out a couple days later, understood what needed to be done and came back with a reasonable estimate the next day. They quoted me a 4-6 week lead time, but since it was a relatively small project, they'd probably get me in sooner. A little over a week later, the team was here, did an excellent job securing the wooden fence post with a steel one, replaced the broken fence board and even trimmed some trees back that would have caused additional damage. Yelp doesn't recommend reviews when they have reason to believe the reviews are ported by someone paid by the business. But in this case, this man doesn't even have a listened and this a crime in the state of Nevada! I cannot be more disappointed with the way ay my bathroom looks and the money I wasted. I'm not even convinced that if I shower in it, it won't leak everywhere and have water damage. He didn't even bother to properly waterproof my shower with RedGard around the seams, did not put thin set over the entire back of tiles and do not cover the seams of the concrete wall with thinset. One of the tiles installed is cracked. See pictures. The framing around the edges sticks out past the tile. The niche is all uneven and I had to ask him to uninstall two tiles that had already cured in the wall because he installed in the wrong direction. The list goes on. I will update my review with more detail pictures.

I spoke with Codi the week before closing and he offered a ball park quote but wanted to get into measure to be precise. Unfortunately, I couldn't let them in until we closed and wanted the floor done in the same week, so we could move the following week. They came on a Tuesday to measure and confirm the quote, which did not change from the original and was very fair. They started on Wednesday and finished on Friday. The floor cured on Saturday/Sunday and we moved in on Monday. It was such a tight timeline and we were so busy, I didn't have time to get them any payment until after the work was done. They went out of their way to get it done so we could move on time. Results are fantastic. Thank you.
