Do not buy from this place! They sold us a car that as soon as we left, it started to overheat, it never started to overheat during our test drive. They did look at it after we complained. They changed the thermostat and said it was fine. We took it back and it starts overheating again and now they are saying that it is not their problem. We took it to go get another diagnostic and it showed there's water in the engine, and now they are saying, that it is not their problem anymore and there's nothing that they can do about it. They sold us a lemon do not buy from them!!!!! We wasted our hard earned money on this lemon. How do people like this sleep at night?? Should be ashamed of themselves!! read more

Purchased less than 2 months ago, test drove the car, it seemed fine. On the way home the entire car started to shake, it was too dangerous to drive back to Sacramento so I had a local Kia dealer look at it and they found a missing bolt ($180 for diagnostic and replacement) for one of the engine mounts. 2 weeks later the car started to leak oil from the valve cover, that was later confirmed to be warped. Then the oil pan gasket started to leak, $380 dollars to get that repaired. Local trusted repair shop showed numerous areas of RTV (sealant) used to try and stop pre existing leaks. Please save yourself the time and headache and buy elsewhere. All this happened before I even received my license plates. read more

Was in talk with Stan and he help me get a great car. He was able to get my car with my budget and was super nice. A few months later they are still helping! **EPITOME OF GREEDY, SLEAZY, DISHONEST USED CAR SALESMEN** I contacted this dealership about a used car they were selling online. I spoke with a man calling himself "Stan" but who spoke English poorly in a strong accent that was difficult to understand. We were able to communicate about the basics - I had a car to trade-in, the car they were selling had a lot of cosmetic damage - dents, scratches, scrapes, and paint chips. These things didn't deter me. I wasn't buying a new car and I knew that. The man called Stan told me that they go by the Kelley Blue Book for pricing. He offered me the blue book value for my trade-in and told me over the phone that he would go by the blue book on the vehicle I was buying (the one with all the cosmetic damage). We agreed to take the one I'm buying to the local Ford dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. While the vehicle was being inspected, Stan tried an idiotic bait n switch. He turned around and said that they would only sell the car for $1k MORE than blue book value on the same car in excellent condition! I tried to reason with him and showed him the blue book value in fair condition (with all the cosmetic damage). He literally laughed in my face and said in his sleazy way in his broken English "blue book value for trade-in, not our vehicle" despite having said the opposite. He seemed convinced that I would buy the car at that outrageous price and even tried to force me to pay for the pre-purchase inspection of a car I was no longer buying because of his idiotic attempts at price gouging. There are a lot of used car dealerships in Sacramento. Don't waste your time with these fools. They will make your stomach curl with that gross feeling you get when idiots think they're smarter than you and try to rip you off. read more

Posting this review just in case anybody is looking to buy a salvaged car from this dealership. I had purchased a BMW 428i from this dealership back in Nov 2022. The car looked great and was running so I bought it. The car was salvaged and I knew that. The dealership assured me that everything was okay with the car. After I bought it I had taken it to a mechanic who told me the car was leaking from the rack and pinion. This is not a cheap fix at all. I called the dealership to see if they could help me with this and they basically told me it is what it is. Essentially, they tried to push the vehicle off to me without me knowing. If you're not somebody who is a mechanic or can bring your own mechanic to inspect before purchase, just steer clear. Not good business ethics at all. I guess I am just posting this in case anybody is planning on buying something from this dealership that is salvaged. Just keep in mind that if you don't have the funds at hand to fix big issues like this, maybe look for another vehicle. read more
