    This dealership is such a rip off and dishonest, they preinstall GPS tracking devices on all their cars then up charge for it and force buyers to pay for it, whether you want it or not, it's dirty business, I wonder what other slick craps they would pull on their customers, DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, you will regret it. Went here for a car they had and they did the paper work and said nothing about the up charge for the tracking device until I asked them what the extra $1854 was for, then they tried to sell it to me after the fact of me telling them I don't want it. I still insisted that I didn't ask for a tracking device and I don't want to pay for it, after they refuse to take the charges off, I walked out. I feel bad for everyone else who can't speak up to their pressure sales and actually dumps money for something they will never benefit from. A dirty way to make a profit and the dishonesty was really the dealbreaker. I would've gladly paid the extra $1854 if they would've just added it to the price of the car.

    FIRST OFF IM PISSED OFF ..reason is im mad.that i havent been here years ago GUSTAVO AND KEVIN WERE MORE THAN AWSOME professional and understand how to make a deal well kinda lol .. but no seriously these guys are great i purchased a new/used tahoe they worked their magic and got ME APPROVED .. i love my truck my kids love their new car .. kevin is the muscle and gustavo is the brains of the operation .. BUYERS GO IN WITH A GAME PLAN AND I PROMISE YOU WILL GET TAKEN CARE OF ...remember your buying a used car problems do happen thats why they provide warranty its only right . Yeah i paid for it but whatever ..whithin 1.5 hours or paperwork . i was driving off in my new tahoe.. BIG THANK YOU TO KEVIN AND GUSTAVO ILL BE BACK FOR MY CADDY

    I like working with Kevin, he was precise and concise, no beating around the bush. We came here as we have been pre approved by a bank and our not so good credit doesnt look good as we just purchased a new house not too long ago. We were also working on a budget & its not that easy to find a decent minivan with our budget but the moment we saw the toyota sienna , we outright knew its the one we were looking for. Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

    There were several aspects of the visit that I appreciated:…read more* The facility was clean, and refreshments and donuts were provided * The undercarriage inspection video was helpful and informative * The cashier kindly allowed me to borrow a charging cord for my phone * My Service Advisor, Matt, was informative and did a great job explaining the available service options to help me decide which services to select for my vehicle However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall service experience and wait time. I scheduled my service appointment for 9:00 AM, but my Service Advisor, Matt, did not meet with me until approximately 9:45 AM. While he was very helpful during our discussion, I was quoted about an hour (possibly a little longer) for the completion of the service. By 11:30 AM, my vehicle was still not finished, and I had to ask the cashier to follow up with Matt for an updated ETA because he was assisting another customer. At approximately 12:00 PM, Matt apologized and explained that there was only one technician handling oil changes that day. He then advised me the vehicle would be ready in another 15 minutes; however, the service was not completed until around 12:30 PM. In total, I spent approximately 3.5 hours at the service center for a Service A appointment, which I find completely unacceptable, especially given the originally quoted timeframe. I understand unexpected delays can happen, but better communication and time management would have greatly improved the experience.

    I purchased my SUV from Mirage Auto Sales April 2019 for $10k ($13k after taxes & warranty). Since…read morethen I have spent almost $5k in repairs, the most recent being the water & auxiliary pumps and sensor all having to be replaced. Even though the pumps were supposed to be covered under the warranty, I still had to come out the pocket almost $900. While the mechanic had my engine taken apart, he inspected it and told me that the engine is so badly corroded (see pic)....that he didn't think I would get any longer than 6 months out of the car and I shouldn't drive long distances with it. I haven't even gotten 2 full years out this car yet and still owe $10k!?!? Long story short.....BEWARE of the vehicle you buy from here. Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. Do your research...ask for the Car Fax, have car checked with a mechanic and/or compare Kelly Blue book, before buying. It's worth the extra few thousand dollars to buy from a certified dealership, because you could be spending that extra thousands of dollars in repairs anyways, on a car from here. Don't end up in my situation!!!
