Just wanted to say, I thought we had made a deal with these guys referring to a 2016 toyota sienna. So I called spoke to two people mo and another person where we spoke about cost and how much we can be working with. Numbers sound good, so they sent me a link and tell me to apple to get started on the financial portion of it. Purchased a 2019 Dodge 1500 on 12/6/25 and within 2 weeks the check engine light came on. I purchased the worthless extended warranty and the truck had a major leak in the cylinder. Prestige Wholesale agreed to repair it, ONLY. if their mechanic did the work. Long story short they botched the repair, didn't bolt down the manifold, left the vacuum hose disconnected, and a rag left next to the engine. All the coolant went into the engine, ruining the engine. They breached their agreement, didn't keep their promise and tried to tell me they went above and beyond . They got paid the $20k for the truck and I got a truck unsafe to drive. Not much integrity when you don't follow through with your promise. Do not buy from this dealership!!! I bought a Subaru from them in October and they fixed a power steering leak which was the only issue I was told about. When I got the car I noticed their mechanic had torn both of the motor mounts when he was replacing the power steering system. From the day I picked the car up I noticed a transmission issue during shifting. I later found out the transmission needs to be replaced and was being told not to drive the car to prevent the issue from getting worse. I brought it up to the dealership and all they did was offer me the number of a mechanic they use for transmissions, they sold me a fucked up car and now I am stuck in negative equity with it, I talked to someone else who said that 2 people they know bought cars from here that blew up leaving the lot. I bought a Jaguar EPace on Nov. 18 from Prestige auto sales and on December 2 the transmission failed around 2p. This was a total of 2 weeks I've had the car. I called the dealership and asked to speak with Mo. I was told he was on a test drive. He NEVER CALLED BACK. I was on the freeway going 80mph yesterday, headed to pick my wife up, and the entire car system failed and I received a dashboard message that said TRANSMISSION FAILURE. The car dealership refuses to refund my money.They knowingly engage in bad business practices. Yesterday, as I was stranded on the freeway, I called Prestige Auto Sales and spoke with Ben. Once again, Mo was unavailable. Ben was rude and dismissive. He also stated they are refusing to honor the refund and discontinue the auto contract because as he stated "The car is no longer ours. I bought a used car from these guys. The sales person was generally helpful and came with us for a ride. In the test drive the wheels showed low air. I asked him if the tires were ok and he unequivocally said that they are fine and had no issues and they would guarantee it. The oil light was also on saying it requires an oil change. I asked him if he fixed the tires and changed the oil I would buy the car. Again he said they would take care of it. Well I bought the car and took it to my local mechanic. I was hesitant about the oil and tires. It turns out they just put air in the tires and there were numerous nails and other things in them. The oil was also very black and old. Good thing they changed it. Now it saw all the great reviews and certainly believe them. Maybe I just got a fringe car? The tires cost me about $800 and the oil cost another $100. I don't think they would have impacted my decision to buy the car however it did make feel somewhat mislead. They did send me a check since the tax and registration was less then they charged me-so they can not be that much of a "stealer" instead of a dealer- but the oil and tires left me unhappy. read more

I inquired about a vehicle from 3000 miles away and was very candid in my conversation about any sort of cosmetic/esthetic issues. There only comment/disclosure was a door ding and showed me many pictures. Upon arrival at the airport, there driver made a comment about the vehicle and said many people looked at it and interested until they saw the damaged dash board. My anxiety went through the roof and as soon as I arrived I looked for the damaged dashboard ($5K damage) which they covered up with a for sale sign. Total dishonest! I was in a jam as I just flew in with a one way ticket. Complete BS. I purchased the vehicle with $19K cash and then they refused to give me the title for 30 days. When I went to license it, the state informed me that when you pay cash a title should be provided at transaction otherwise possible fraud with dealer. I threaten them & they ponied up the title about a week later. As expected with any used car dealer, these guys are extremely shady & it's better to buy from a private seller. Update- That is completely false. First of all this vehicle has not even been owned by me for two years. I got this vehicle from you in Jan 2023. Furthermore the first issue that occurred you guys sold me the vehicle with a bad clutch not once had it been driven in S mode. You guys then had it serviced by someone and it was returned to me with a cut in the coolant hose. Which left me with the vehicle smoking and leaking fluids everywhere. Not even a month of having the vehicle. I have kept up with all of the maintenance since I have had this vehicle. This car was also sold to me with an oil leak as well as the air conditioner did not work as well. You are now making up false accusations to try to protect your company. Also, when the car was sold to me, you guys listed that it had around 82,000 miles in which that has now turned out to be false and I was told by a specialist that this was a fleet vehicle and had been driven for well over 250,000 miles and that the car was so used it must have been driven around the world twice, this information was never disclosed to me. Not to mention every single tire had tire plugs (patches) in which I had to replace each one again not even a month of having this horrible vehicle. I have a had to come out of pocket way more money then this piece of crap vehicle is even worth. This whole experience has been absolute hell nothing but issues since day one. They made this car look good and did not even come close to unveiling all of the true facts and the condition the vehicle was truly in. It's a shame they are still open and able to continue to take advantage of people. I have no choice but to now seek legal action. If you are able to avoid this dealership please do. read more

Well had the car two months barely and nothing but problems!! The mechanic never fixed the gas problem and he lied about it!!! Gas sucks up like a hog!! And now the engine is smoking!! Buying a used car from a used car dealer is always buyer beware to begin with. A used car dealer can sell a car with a open safety recall where a new car dealer can't. The Ford Focus ST I purchased had a open safety recall that the Ford dealer said couldn't be done because my car had a modified ECM / ECU sports engine tune done to it.
