These guys really suck, they sell vehicles that are broken, you drive the vehicle home, then you try to SMOG, and it failed, I ask the SMOG tech why didn't it pass, he said look under the vehicle, I said ok, the tech said to me that they took the catalytic converter off, and replaced it directly straight to the muffler, I told the owner about it, And he knew what he did, I don't know how he got the vehicle to pass smog, because the vehicle didn't pass smog nowhere, again I spoke to the owner about it, he said ok I'm going to make it right, I said ok, I drove their and spoke with him and I tried to show him the problem but he wouldn't even look at it, he knew what he did, I asked him to take it to the people that passed smog with, he gave me excuses, when anyone buys a vehicle from a dealership and it doesn't have a catalytic converter, it's against the law, even when you buy it As is, they have to put a catalytic converter back on, or they must buy the vehicle back from you, this dealership which is R N AUTO SALES, they are scammers, I don't know how they stayed open this long, I have to report it to the BBB, and tell them that they sell vehicles with defects, tried talking to the owner, but he wouldn't listen, then he was trying to say that I must of taken off, this guy is a piece of shit, did not buy anything from this dealership, read more

The oil needed to be changed within 500 miles when the report said it had just been done. Also, they failed to do the paperwork for me to get the actual license plates and instead of handling their business gave me the option of going to DMV and doing it myself with the promise of being reimbursed for my time and the cost. Such a great experience. We were in need of a large cargo van, and my son saw one online for sale at RN Auto Sales. I sent my husband down to check out the vehicle, and he had a very good experience. Jason even offered to drive the van closer to where we live, so that we didn't have to go all the way to Sacramento to pick up the vehicle. I bought a jeep in March, the day after buying this vehicle it ended up in the shop for an over heating problem due to not having ANY coolant and needing a thermostat replacement. The dealership did help to pay a large portion of the thermostat replacement cost . Immediately it needed an oil change , all 4 tires were bald and needed replacement, and the trunk struts gave out . Also the bumper developed a strange crack in it right under the headlight it was take to a body shop for this and come to find out it had been in a head on collision where the frame got damaged and was welded back together and the headlight was just sitting in the socket not screwed on or anything I was not informed of any kind of collision. Now mind you I bought this car on march 3rd 2025 it is now august 15th 2025 and my brakes were completely gone measured at 1mm ,rotors were stock which was very unsafe to drive honestly spending over 10k on a vehicle I assumed everything should have been taken care of you'd think anyway . They knew we came from 2 hours away with a toddler in the car with us they still sold this unsafe vehicle to us and didn't give it a second thought. Very disappointed definitely do your research and look at reviews before purchasing a car from any dealership. I wanted to atleast leave an honest review should any other young family come along atleast they can know what our experience is with this company . read more

Research indicates overall customer satisfaction is extremely critical to establish a brand name. We live in a digital world and as a consumer, I would like a business to have better technology, offer more services, and establish better personal connections, however this was not the case with my experience at RN Auto Sales. I had an appointment this morning at 11am to sign paperwork at this establishment after I filled out an online application yesterday and provided the required stipulation. The purchase included a cargo van for my brother's business with $5,000 cash deposit. At 10:20 this morning, I received a text message asking to bring a copy of my paystub and driver's licence. I replied saying I don't have a hard copy of my paystub but I can text or email tomorrow. I was told 30 minutes before my appointment (after I left the house) if I don't bring the paystub my brother will not be allowed to drive off with the car. I replied saying this is not how a business should be conducted and informed the individual on the text message that I'll speak to a general manager when I get there. The text messages continued back and forth with demands from the business and as a result the deal was cancelled from the business. I wouldn't give them my business anyways but I'm here giving them a tip on how to conduct business. The unpleasant and unprofessional customer service from Blanca resulted in loss of a sale for RN Auto Sales. Needless to say, especially during a time when businesses are struggling to survive the economy. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone and I highly encourage management to investigate this incident and use this opportunity as a training for customer service. read more

Horrible dealership, don't buy a car from here. Bought a 2003 Nissan Murano SE, and had problems since. When I first went to go see the car it needed a valve cover gasket repair, they said they would fix it. But I had to bring it back, because it wasn't done right and the oil leaked on the plugs, had to have them replace that. Then after having my personal mechanic look at the car, the crank shaft position sensor needed to be replaced, which was causing the car to cut off at random times. Now I need to get the transfer case repaired. I bought this car on 06/10/19 and I'm writing this on 07/04/19. Nothing but problems since owning it. read more

Was not truth full about history of vehicle I bought, told me they would pay registration for full year but did not. Refunded $255.00 but reg. total was $319.00. Called and was told RN Auto Sales only pays the estimated cost of registration. Truck we bought was a 2004 Titan and yes it was used but Navit Diaz kept telling my wife and I what a great deal it was but no one mentioned the wreck the truck had been in. Called and asked about the difference in the registration and was told that's how they do their sales and it is in our sales contract. Don't even know if that's legal. Beware that this business will charge you wrongly and when asked will only refund part of your money. Be very care full and check every thing they say and paper work they give you. read more

First week of purchasing my vehicle I was having issues, the engine Lt came on, the vehicle started running rough and shaking. Second week, called the Dealer regarding the problems, they wanted me to drop the vehicle off for couple of hours. Vehicle runs okay for few months, but to make the story short, vehicle is currently in the shop with internal engine damage due to the piston rings and the engine block, which have to be replaced... I thought it was good that I got the warranty, but I still have to pay out of pocket in the amount of 2k and over. Me: Are you kidding me!, just purchase the vehicle at the end of 2020. read more
