Unprofessional service. USA Fire Protection installed our residential sprinkler system. I called to arrange an inspection and was told I had to pay a deposit in order to schedule an appointment. I paid $225 on June 24th. I called that day to schedule a future appointment and the woman laughed at me and said they would call me within 10 days. It has been 7 weeks since they took my money and no one has attempted to schedule the appointment. I have called twice since and the scheduling people won't call back. Reply is BS. If it was simply a bad drain and it flooded once, why shut off the valve a second time and flood a second time, if there was an "incorrectly installed floor drain"? Then have an employee rush over and fix the valve packing just hours after the second flood? Nice try. So you flooded the second time out of spite or just negligence? Confused on that one. read more

United States Alliance Fire Protection came out to test our fire sprinkler system at our Chesterfield Townhouse in North Aurora, IL on Saturday 6.20.20. They showed up late and were suppose to follow the plumbers around who were testing the values on our system. The workers were complaining that the plumbers had started and said that they didn't want to be here. They came into my house and opened a value and sprayed water all over my closet, underneath our stairs inside the house and all over the contents inside the closet. I asked if everything was OK during the test because I could hear the water spraying and he assured me that everything was fine. He was leaving my house and I asked him if he was finished and he said yes and quickly walked out of my house. I went into inspect the work and there was water all over the floor and he had sprayed water all over my belonging. I went out looking for him and told his co worker what happened and he said it wasn't his fault but rather the associations problem. I asked him again and then he said that my drain value was clogged and it caused water to spray and I needed to contact a plumber. I asked him for his company name and he refused to tell me their name. Things got heated and he squared off with me to challenge me to a fight. I didn't back down and he was too afraid to swing at me. I spoke with the plumbers after this ordeal and they told me the guy was very unprofessional, showed up late, said he didn't want to be there, told me the name of their company was on the tag attached to the fire sprinkler system and that the guy that came into my house said that he blew the PVC drain pipe apart when he open the value to test the system. So instead of shutting down the test, he let water spray all over the inside of my closet and never even mentioned it to me. There were other people in the complex complaining about the same situation. I had to empty out the remained of my contents, push as much water as possible down the drain, mop the floor and run fans. I will have to cut out the wet dry wall and make sure there is no mold and replace the drywall, finish and paint. Obviously I will never use this company again and will never let them step foot in my house. I'd advise you do the same. read more

I would be sure to inquire further regarding the services this company provides before you sign anything with them. Unfortunately I did and what I received was a guy who traveled 6 miles to my house went downstairs for a total of 9 minutes. In that time he "tested my alarm" and sprayed water all over the area that contained my system. For this I am to pay $200 or what amounts to $22.22 for every minute that he spent in my house.
