TLDR: If you're looking for a solid gym that has all the bare bone things you'll need with friendly people; this is the gym for you. This really is the best gym in town if that's all you're looking for; a gym. It has every single fundamental workout equipment you'll ever need. Everything from cardio machines, free weights, to weight lifting machines. It doesn't offer anything besides that (no classes, and etc) but with that being said, the membership price reflects that. To be in the surrounding Los Angeles area and be able to workout at a place that feels like home is the best; and this is what this gym provides. Everyone (that I have met so far) that works there is extremely sweet and caring. The people who workout there are exactly the same. People mind their business for sure, but you somehow still get a friendly vibe from everyone. There are people at this gym that have been a member for 30+ years, so I suppose there's a reason why this place has survived so long. The current ownership is doing a great job of running the place. I will have to say though, if you're looking for a clean cut place, then this may not be the place for you. This gives "old-school, bodybuilding gym" vibes and I'm here for it. Oh and also, I don't know if this will help but this is coming from someone who has had a Gold's, Equinox, LA Fitness, and 24 membership. Was in the area for a few days and decided to sign up at USA GYM. The gym was on a smaller size but kudos to small businesses... First day I arrived around 2ish it was a bit busy but got parking right away - Should be noted they do have a very small onsite parking lot (the two days I visited, I was lucky enough to get a spot) all free weights, machines and punching bags are down stairs, cardio upstairs (not a lot of machines) They have ton of sanitizing stations but I'm glad they realized reusing the same rag isn't sanitary at all, actually one is just spreading more germs. Overall, I liked the décor at the gym, the amenities and cleanliness.... I would highly recommend this gym if you live in the area. I stayed in between this gym and the 24-hour fitness in Burbank and I would choose this gym in a heartbeat! Come give them a try! read more

It was my first time back at the gym in a long time, and I have to say I was really impressed! The place looks completely updated, modern, and super clean. I stopped by around 11 PM on a Friday night, and the owner, Brian, was actually there.. he took the time to introduce himself, show me around.You don't see that kind of dedication often! The gym is open 24/7 Monday through Thursday, which makes it super convenient for any schedule. Overall, it's great to see how much effort they've put into creating such a great environment. This gym's five stars cannot be explained to most people's standards. The lockers are not all that, does not have special amenities, parking is not all that great and so on. What this gym has is felt upon entry and after a workout. Not all feelings can be defined by words. I canceled my membership back in 2022 due to traveling for work. The staff told me I needed to come into the gym and sign a paper to cancel my membership. Which I did they never gave me a copy of the cancellation and told me the manger would review it and cancel it within a few days great. Come to find out they never canceled my membership and come to find out they've been charging me for the past three years not knowing as I don't always check my statements. I recently moved and had to get my statements for the my new place and notice that they were charging me so I went down to the gym today and talked to one of the staff which he said my apologies I'll write this down and have a manager get back to you as soon as possible great thank you. The manager called me tonight and told me he has no recollection on my cancellation being on file. I hadn't been there since 2021 they never submitted my cancel and kept charging me. The manager called me a liar and told me I never canceled shit. Wtf you think I'd not attend a gym that I was being charged at. I told him it's ok I'll contact the owner of the gym that's when he said I'm the owner of the gym, he wouldn't let me talk and kept speaking over me when I got mad he hung up on me. Who the hell allows this at a gym any other gym would have gave me a copy of the cancellation and would have canceled it right away. They are corrupt and charge people even if they cancel. I will take them to court and get three times the amount. The manager is rude and should be fired he wouldn't even give me his name. To your response you posted. Don't need quick cash bro, yall are scammers you have plenty of reviews that show you fraudulently never canceled peoples membership and charged them. Good, basic neighborhood gym. Pros: open 24 hours during the week, so it's easy to fit it in to your schedule. Pretty good range of machines. Cons: nobody wipes down the equipment, and the cleaning supplies aren't easy to find, which is a little gross. The staff has recently started playing Fox News 24/7 -- with all the stress in the world, it would be nice to make this space politics free. read more

I'm using an alias because i don't want people to know who this is. Anyways while i was working out in this gym. I ask one of the people how many sets they have left. Mind you i was expecting something like 3-5 sets or something around there but you wouldn't guess what she told me. She told me "I have 10 more minutes and gave me an ugly look" She then proceeded to use that machine for 30 mins and i waited. I'm not blaming this person but the gym for accepting these kinds of people. This is due to lack of equipment. Only one smith machine. Waited 1-2 Hours waiting for it. A girl was doing 10 sets of every leg exercise. There was a line for the smith machine, around 4-5 people. In the end I called USA Gym telling them what happened and asked them to consider getting a smith machine, they laughed at me. Few months go by and they got new machines, and guess what, still no smith machine. Please for the love of god can we get 1 more smith machine. Its really needed. I asked everyone (my friends that go to the gym) asking them what their favorite machine was and they all said Smith Machine. Please consider this. I tried to email multiple times but still nothing.
