They're good with transfers however the first one will get you for $60 which is insane makes you not wanna buy online and I get that point but still it's had me turn away from buying some guns online because of that. This is my preferred gun and gear shop. The staff is always in good spirits and they know what they are doing. If you need a "new arm" they probably have it, you want an optic or accessory they got it. and the amo is reasonable, and they give a mil, vet, first responder, and law enforcement discount on everything but amo. read more

As a first time gun buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. Kam greeted me right away and gave me a great breakdown of sizes that I should be looking for regarding home defense/hiking. After deciding on a gun, he provided a great example of breaking down the weapon, how to clean, how different bullets work, and a plethera of tips on which attachments would be good for beginners and showed me how to work out jams on this particular piece. Zero stars- had an AR fitted with trigger system , they said they had to test fire it , left it for a week. Got it brought it home , looks like 2000 rounds went thru it. The USA Liberty Arm's Management and Staff are knowledgeable with several product lines. In my opinion this is the place to go online or in person especially if you're a first-time buyer. They don't have an exclusive club; this Team enjoys the sport. This Dealership carries several of the upper brands supplied with the latest on the market. They are the best in country for CZ's bar none. From my vantage point, these men (Joey -Online Sales Manager, Ryan-Retail Floor Sales Manager and Ben-General Manager) run a personable and professional business with integrity. I am working on buying with them for 4 years. There are ratings from other Texans that were shared about USA Liberty Arms. They also rated this Dealer 5 Stars. Colleagues from (Loveland area) Colorado stopped and by were impressed with the staff. They bought some high-quality things. The staff member and Ryan Retail Sales Manager stayed with these customers throughout the entire purchase. The best gun store in the northern Colorado area. Period. I mainly wrote this review due to the shock I have regarding the poor review recently left for this business. I'm not exactly sure what happened with the ownership or the reason that Liberty Firearms Institute is not a sister company like we all thought it would be. Regardless that issue has not changed my buying experience at all, and if anything has made it a little bit better. Now to address some of the negativity... I have noticed that during busy hours (Saturday at noon) the place can be a bit packed. I would also like to point out for our non-Ft. Collins natives that this city is packed. Try going to sprouts, king soopers, target or even Walmart at noon on Saturday. Point proven. I wonder why so many people show up to USA Liberty Arms when there are so many other gun stores within a short driving distance? This gun store is the pound for pound king. I have dealt with all of the shops from Ft. Collins to Broomfield and have not had a better experience. PRICE IS BETTER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE, SELECTION IS AMAZING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING AND THE SALES ARE ON POINT! As a pointer to those crying about customer service or how busy it was, try going at 2:30 on Thursday. I made my most recent purchase during that time and was 1 of 3-5 people in the store. I can't say enough about how much I love this store. In fact I refuse to take my business elsewhere. They have one of the best selections I've seen aside from some of the outrageous gun superstores you may find once every 500 miles. They ended up beating the manufacturers price for my gun by 10$ after tax and everything was said and done. I do like this this shop and had previously left good reviews. I've been back many times since but this last experience wasn't so cool. Long story short, I bought a Sig Sauer Romeo MSR red dot. My fault for price checking after the fact but usually I can count on good pricing. The price I paid was 33% above non sale online prices that I easily found. It just made me feel foolish, stupid like I trashed $50 for no reason. Or I could of had a higher model for the same price. It was my fault, however that mark up I felt was unnecessary. read more

The associates are arrogant and rude. If you're not an absolute gun nut, they treat you like a pion and make you feel 10 inches tall. While being helped by Joe, he had me wait while he answered the phone. He was very short with the customer over the phone and was unwilling to answer their question. I understand you want people who are knowledgeable about guns working there, but at least be willing to educate new gun owners. Don't look down your nose at people. I have shopped U.S.A LIBERTY ARMS for years. I bought multiple fire arms and ammo. I have bought sights and had them installed. 11 years and the customer service has been great each visit. I have built several ar 15s and they either have the parts or will order them if need be. They have never raised prices horribly if at all during the tough times. Here in northern Colorado it's the best store out here. Now they messed up a sight installation. Not zeroed properly but it was a easy fix. That was the only problem I had in 11 years shopping there. read more

This location is incorrect. They moved into a new bigger location about 100 yards directly south of the old location. Bigger and more inventory to choose from. Initial contact was via their web site, salesperson answered in record time and was very great about answering all my follow up questions, Gave him a time that I would drive up from Denver the next day to look at the rifle I was interested in purchasing. Went back to their web site and found an even better purchase, which I immediately made on line. Rifle in store about a week later and I drove up to do paperwork and take it home. Waited on by Kyle and I must say it was the best gun purchase experience I've had in a very long time, since I purchased my last firearm from same shop, from another great employee, who has moved on. It's good to work with people who appreciate your business and want you satisfied with your purchase. The owners here have taken a great approach: a clean, open, bright, and non intimidating gun shop. Perfect for those new to the hobby, or just looking to get information as well as those very familar with firearms. The staff is very helpful and willing to chat, but also willing to let you shop on your own. A good selection and variety of firearms, ammo and accessories. Prices are competitive with the area. Liberty always does what they can to hook me up and the cazh discount is a huge bonus

I'm not the type to give negative reviews, I prefer to take my business elsewhere if I'm not satisfied. But these guys are terrible and deserve zero stars if I could. I shoulda learned this from my first experience dealing with them. In late 2015 I bought a rifle online and chose these guys as my ffl. I got the delivery confirmation from the seller and stopped in to fill out the paperwork and pick up my rifle. I was told -- in a not very pleasant manner -- to wait until they called. So I went home and waited. After 2 weeks with still no word I finally stopped in again. I was asked once more if I'd gotten the call that it was ready and I told them no but it was delivered 2 weeks ago. Long story short... THEY LOST A FRIGGIN GUN. No joke. And it was TWO MORE WEEKS before they finally found it. That right there is a huge red flag -- an unacceptable level of incompetence. But I went back again anyway, a few months later, just to pick up some ammo real quick. How can they mess that up, right? So I grab my boxes and go up to the counter. There was a guy in front of me and after a couple of minutes I realized the dude wasn't even buying anything. He was just chatting with the two guys behind the counter, while I'm standing there, wallet in hand, ammo on the counter, clearly ready to pay and be on my way. And getting 100% ignored. This went on for about 8 minutes and I'm starting to get impatient. Then another customer walks up, calls the guys behind the counter by their first names, and asks to get a price check on something. They give him a price and he says "I'll take it" and they immediately start to ring him up. That was it for me. I left the ammo on the counter and walked out, and I'll never go back. Apparently you need to be a part of their "club" in order to get any service, or for them to do their job properly by NOT LOSING A GUN. Also? They're about 15% more expensive than other places. read more
