I hadn't been there in a long time a few years? and was recently there for a repair and they remembered me!!! they call me the 'gringa'. And so I am...but these guys are the greatest always so helpful...I can't say enough good about them. The only criticism I have is that it is very difficult to reach them by phone. He was headed to my area for the day and was able to make my house his first stop to take a look at our dryer. He arrived an hour later and got to work. He let me know what he thought the cost would be once he heard the problem and wanted to make sure that was okay before he got to work. He was able to replace the worn out parts quickly since he had the replacement parts in his truck and didn't have to order anything in. He fixed the dryer for the most part and let me know he could order in an additional part to make it sound perfect, but that it probably wasn't worth the cost. I appreciated the honesty and happily have a working dryer that doesn't sound like a hammer is going around inside of it. I also liked how once you become a client you can call again if the same problem pops up and he will come out free of charge. He doesn't just fix it and check you off. I will definitely reach out to Kyle again for any appliance repair issues that pop up (although hopefully there won't be many).

Mr. manager, why you did not addressed the issues I pointed in my review? Why you had to write a non sense story about accents, background, and nationality? If you did not notice, we are in south Florida. Every person who lives here is from somewhere else. When someone walks into your home and have an accent, is normal to ask where that person is from. I believe I didn't offend your worker by asking that, or he could just left if that was the case. I guess some people are more sensible than others. I had an excellent repairman who explained everything to me and was quick. Although I was not able to resolve my issue the same day that my machine was worked on, the manager, Mr. Derrick, sent back out the same repairman the next day, and he resolved the issue within an hour. They are EXCELLENT when it comes to customer service in your home and returning phone calls. Thank you to my repairman and Mr. Derrick in the office.
