My card and a pleasant attitude. My assistant went a week before to get info. Was told I can do it on the app, false. Went to this location and the Supervisor Laura felt like she was reading me my rights. All I wanted to do was order and have an assistant pick up She asked me to read the information and it states I am the only one that can pick up. Kept calling me Love and Sweetie and saying they have lots of theft and I explained I have done it before elsewhere. Requested manager. Benny came and okay it and boom it was fixed. Ms. Laura was not happy about that. I can write a book. Never again. Let me get a Leows card. I am so done. My day was ruined. Pick up was just as worse.

I took it in and I explain to him over the phone actually before I took it in that my cleaning lady had taken it apart to clean it and then I couldn't get it back together nor could she. I literally spent no more than two seconds there none not having to wait and Steve grab the parts snapped them together did not charge me and left me to go on my way. The store is stocked with tons of vacuum cleaners all great brands and he apparently has every single part you could ever imagine from what I can see in the back room. But after I heard from a friend at sears Mall Aventura, that they were closing down that store later this year. I knew I had to find somewhere else to buy my kitchen package. They have a nicer showroom and nice staff. I ended up taking them a quote from brandsmart and they had no problem matching it. Plus they do free delivery and haul away and let me use my best buy rewards account. I didn't feel pressured at all. Since they are non Commision, I figured I would get amateurs. But craig really knew his stuff. Now I am saving up to afford a steam microwave/oven. Before you make your decision, give them a shot. Brandsmart gave me great pricing. But I am soooo glad I didn't have to drive back to hialeah and deal with those sharks. Plus the 18 months no interest let me afford the french door refrigerator I wanted!
