My card and a pleasant attitude. My assistant went a week before to get info. Was told I can do it on the app, false. Went to this location and the Supervisor Laura felt like she was reading me my rights. All I wanted to do was order and have an assistant pick up She asked me to read the information and it states I am the only one that can pick up. Kept calling me Love and Sweetie and saying they have lots of theft and I explained I have done it before elsewhere. Requested manager. Benny came and okay it and boom it was fixed. A few days later had the same issue that refrigerator was leaking. I called and spoke to Victor who advise that it was probably the computer or memory board do not remember. They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. I took it in and I explain to him over the phone actually before I took it in that my cleaning lady had taken it apart to clean it and then I couldn't get it back together nor could she. I literally spent no more than two seconds there none not having to wait and Steve grab the parts snapped them together did not charge me and left me to go on my way. The store is stocked with tons of vacuum cleaners all great brands and he apparently has every single part you could ever imagine from what I can see in the back room. Plus they do free delivery and haul away and let me use my best buy rewards account. I didn't feel pressured at all. Since they are non Commision, I figured I would get amateurs. Multiple associates were available. Every single one refused, citing store policy. No one offered any alternative. No goodwill, no common sense, nothing.
