I am VERY picky with nail salons & yesterday was my first time here & I would definitely come back again. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the gentleman that I spoke to was extremely informative when answering my questions. They have a large assortment of nail colors and styles including ombre and glitter mood changing polish. While getting my nails done all of the nail technicians around were very clean in all of the clients seemed to really enjoy themselves. I expresly liked that I was not pressured into getting a pedicure or my eyebrows done. This is the 1st nail salon in a long time that I have been to where I was not constantly pressured and getting other services. I'm definitely coming back again. read more

I just got my nails done here and they are the worst nails I've ever had. She took off my old set using a nail tip scraping underneath my nail and it was extremely painful. She then made my new set way shorter than I wanted. In addition I asked for coffin shaped and got square and not even cleanly done. It's clear she either didn't know what she was doing or didn't care. Worst experience I've ever had. read more

Extremely long waits while the owner decides who should be helped next. Pedicure by Ben was amazing but not worth the 2 hour wait for a fill-in. They don't want your business and too many places close by for bad service and long waits. read more

I don't even write reviews but my experience was horrible today. I've been going to this place for years and as certain nail techs have left, the place has gotten undesirable. I love designs and colors as I've gotten many sets done here all kinds of things. I showed a picture today and the lady said it could not be done. I had asked "can you ask someone, can I show them the picture" she insisted it was air brush and that she asked around already when she did not... I had left and went to diamond nails and they did exactly like the picture I showed (no airbrushing lol). I suggest learning techniques or getting younger nail techs to appeal to ALL customers. I know their customers mostly consists of moms and old ladies who get simple sets. read more

I am not one to normally complain, but I got a mani/pedi here and was cut three times on my toes and once on my fingers. One of my toes wasn't buffed and the gel nails on my fingers turned out horribly. Would not at all recommend and will never return. :( read more

I can not say enough good things about this place!!! It was perfect. I was visiting from TX and stopped in here to get my nails done before going to a wedding. The staff was fast, freindly and attentive!!. They did hands and feet at the same time, saving a lot of time. The massage chair was great. I'm new to the area and needed to find a salon closer to home. Made an appointment for an acrylic fill and came in and was surprised by how nice the salon was despite the construction going on in their expansion. I told the woman behind the desk I had an appointment and she acted confused like I did not have an appointment, even though there were a half a dozen girls sitting around doing nothing. She then said I will take you, like she was doing me a favor or something. But I figured, mistakes happen and someone probably forgot to write it down. Throughout the appointment she was rude and despite the fact I was asking for a service which I was paying for, she argued with me repeatedly. She even told me t that I did not want what i requested. really?? It's my hands and I'm paying for this...When she finished each hand she roughly pushed that hand away. Needless to say, not one of my nails are the same length or shape. I left feeling very upset and sooo not relaxed. My nails look horrible which is perfect because I have company coming and wanted my nails to look great. (Pfft.....) I have since had to re file all of my nails to correct the inconsistent shaping (some were square, some were round...etc) I have no desire to pay someone to treat me rudely. I won't be coming back. Some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I got passed over all because I wanted to do more than one color and the lady didn't want to do more that one color so she took the guys that had just walked in when I had already been sitting there for 35 minutes. Then when I asked how long it would be the owner said everyone was here before me and I had to still wait. Then all the ladies key looking at me and talking and laughing like it was so funny that I got passed over and forced to wait longer. Then everyone who came in after me got seated and dealt with while I sat there. I do not recommend them regardless if they do a good job because honestly, my entire visit was just awful. You're supposed to be relaxed and enjoy getting your nails done and all I wanted to do was scream and cry. read more

Absolutely amazing experience! I've been looking for a new nail place to go to because I haven't been too happy with the ones in my area, after driving past this place a few times, I decided to try them out and I was more than happy with it. The place is beautiful, calming and clean, the staff was amazing and they did a fantastic job on my nails, toes, eyebrows and lashes! The pricing was reasonable. I was staying at Chateau Elan for a wedding but didn't want to pay their spa pricing for a mani/pedi and decided to come here based on the reviews. Service and pricing were great, salon was clean and had a nice atmosphere! Got my first gel manicure and it turned out beautiful (and still looks brand new 4 days later!) What a fantastic nail salon! I'm new to this area, and moved here with two big farm dogs, Doberman, and two house cats. Needless to say by the time I got settled my nails were a mess, but NY was so good, we talked about the condition of my nails and how to make them stronger, she was fantastic. Almost everyone here has a terrible attitude. The nail technician got upset when i said i wouldn't get sns or gel nail polish. AND I've been waiting here for an hour and they've taken 6 other people who were walk-ins. They have no type of order here and the nail polish selections are very limited. read more

My daughter and I really enjoy mani/pedis here. Very relaxing and the atmosphere is great.

Place has ample space. Lots and lots of colors to choose from. While getting a pedi the seat gives you a massage. Staff is friendly

I called and made an appointment but still had to wait a half hour. I got an SNS manicure and the quality was excellent however, the technician did not soak or clean up my cuticles as is customary and there was no massage. It was also five bucks more than what I pay at my old place in Buford. The salon is big and very pretty. They had plenty of staff but it was Saturday so they were busy. read more

The owner was very rude to me. I'm a black women and was looking at pictures of my grandchild that my daughter sent me on my iPhone. I laughed to myself because my grandchild was dancing in the picture for the first time to a toy I had gotten her. The owner came over to me and told me to calm down the lady next to me was sleeping. I looked to my left and saw a women with her eyes closed in the chair. Then the 3 women to my right of me started to laugh out loud. I was puzzled. The owner came back over to me and I said how dare he speak to me like that since the other women just laughed out loud. One of the women even said he was rude and I wasn't laughing loudly. I got up from the pedicure chair and left. ( the 3 women and the sleeping women was Caucasian). I have never been spoken to like that in my life. Needless to say I would not be going back to this establishment. read more

Not at ALL pleased. I live in this area and have been to several places around here. I used to love the previous owners of this salon, but tried new places when they switched owners. My schedule was busy and had to go to this place. I usually do two pedicures a month, so I am quite familiar to the process. There was a smell to the place - and not the normal nail salon smell. Placed in a chair that didn't work. Could even move me up to reach the leg holder. Six more chairs (I counted) were available. Water was cold. No back massage. Lady working on my pedicure barley looked at my feet as she was filing them. Talked the ENTIRE time to guy next to him while they worked. Leg run was maybe a minute each leg. Towels were cold when they placed them on my legs and feet. Nail polish wasn't fabulous. I could do what she did myself. I highly suggest The Nail Spa next to Publix if you are in this area. I walked in and asked for SNS nails and a pedi. I then asked how long the way would be due to having to leave at a certain time. I was told "very soon". Some one began my pedi but as she continued no one came over to do my nails. I asked twice when they would start and no one answers me. The lady, who was very nice, that did my toes went and go someone and they said they would do them after my toes were done. I explained again that I had to leave by a certain time and wouldn't be able to wait to have my nails done after my toes. The lady doing someone else's toes began to tell me how it was my fault that I didn't make an appointment and repeated this several times. I explained that I understood I didn't have an appointment and that is why I asked how long the wait would be for both. The lady continued to tell me it was my fault. Needless to say I left without my nails done. VERY UNHAPPY!! I will not be back. They may do a good job but their service sucks and they lied to me. read more
