I have been going to Royal for several years for pedicures. The staff is professional and always warm and welcoming.

While in town for a wedding, I stopped by Royal Nail & Spa for a deluxe pedicure with gel polish. I didn't catch the name of my nail technician, but the leg and foot massage was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely return. Great business with kind, professional employees. read more

My wife goes here regularly. Best to make an appointment if you are in a hurry. Not criticizing the time it takes. I understand beauty takes time. But, these guys stay busy. They call themselves a SPA, but there is nothing spa-like about the way I was treated. I'm new to the area and Royal was recommended by a neighbor. I went several times - for manicures (6 times) and pedicures (3 times). Whenever I went for a mani / pedi, they had someone work on my feet while another technician worked on my hands at the same time. I had to sit in an awkward, twisted position so she would work on both hands at once. I felt as if they were trying to get me out as quickly as possible in order to bring in another paying customer. They also shove a pillow behind your back or in your stomach without asking if you want it. Finally, they do not have heated dryers for your fingers or toes. They use only cold air, which is uncomfortable and takes longer to dry your nails. I won't be going back. read more

Don't bother making an appointment, doesn't matter, this place will always tell you to come in right away and you still waiting 30 minutes plus.. all I wanted was a pedicure, they put your feet in water and forget you. read more

First let me start off by saying I'm not a nail snob when it comes to my feet. But here me when I say this will be the ABSOLUTE last time I step my feet in this establishment. I walked in early this morning to get a relaxing Ocean Pedicure and left completely annoyed. The service was terrible and the nail tech didn't apply the polish nor the topcoat appropriately. I had to pull another nail tech to fix one mistake she made on my big toe. I then paid and tipped for my service. I stepped outside in the sun and realized the polish and top coat on all of my toes was a mess!!! Went back in and requested that all of it be removed and left without polish. These nails salons who try to force their patrons to do gel Polish by not supplying an appropriate inventory of regular nail polish so they can make more money is nothing short of scamming!!! They dilute the nail polish with acetone and become surprised when the polish is not applied correctly. Give good customer service, be fair to your patrons, and your business will be blessed! This type of nonsense will cause me and others who have good sense to never return!!! read more

I have been going to Stephen and Christy's salons for over 17 years and have been satisfied with every trip. They are reasonably priced, personable, and appreciative of my loyalty. They were especially good to my mother who was wheelchair bound for two years even helping us get her in and out of the car. My pedicures always last for more than 3 weeks and I never have ingrown nails anymore. They are very clean and sanitary which is a big thing for me. I would recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I spent $50 here on my nails and they charged me $5 extra for the "length" and $10 for "gel polish" even though they have never charged me those fees before. Also, the lady didn't even bother cutting my cuticles or trimming/cleaning my natural nails in any way before putting on the acrylics. On top of all of this, 2 of my nails are already falling off less than 5 days after I got them done. I am extremely disappointed and will be returning to get them fixed. read more

My regular nail salon switched owners so I tried Royal Nails in Flowery Branch. I walked in and immediately recognized the Owner Christy, as the old owner from Georgia Nail from years ago. She was sweet and did my nails. Within a few days my nails were chipping and lifting at the base which made me pull my hair out every time I ran my hands through it. Super frustrating. So I went back and they repaired the nails at no charge all the while I could tell they were rudely speaking in their native language about me. Never been a fan of that. Then I went back to get my nails done again and my nails seemed so thick but I left thinking it was just a fluke. Then I was getting ready for my trip to Nashville and my nails starting lifting again pulling my hair out way before I was due for another SNS nail job. Running out of time I called for an appointment and Christy wasn't available so I had Van do my nails. I told him not to make them thick like the last time. I heard him say ....."perfect, perfect".... and other Vietnamese words. I'm not stupid. They were talking about me again. An hour and a half later I look at my finished nails as I am getting up to leave and they are all spotty in color like tie dye. He was really going to let me leave like that. I asked him if he saw what I saw and he said yes, let me fix this. Another 30 minutes pass and my nails get even thicker and he has managed to cut me to where I was bleeding. I left super unhappy. The owners knew I was unhappy and never came over to see what all of the chatter was about or try to make it right. I also had a pedicure appointment but they couldn't fit me in after my 2 hour SNS appointment! I went somewhere else to have my toes done. I went on my trip 4 days later and over the course of 6 days, I have had 4 nails just pop off one by one. My hair was being pulled out from day three because they were slowly lifting. I'm on vacation and all I can do is paint them with my girlfriends polish (which didn't match, see pics) trying to hide the bare damaged nails. I will never return to this nail salon. I will not give them another chance to fix their poor work. My only guess is they use cheap products to save money. I have never had this happen and so quickly. This is their profession. I am so confused as to why salons like this stay in business. I can't be alone in this experience. Lastly, Christy told me a few weeks ago that I had a nail fungus and sold me the liquid treatment to take home. Van who did my nails the third time told me I didn't have a nail fungus. I never used the medicine. I guess that's another ploy for $$$ What a totally disappointing experience! Mary read more

If you don't mind having your natural nails drilled thin then keep coming. I stop coming because I don't like the drill on my nails. They become thin and hurt after a few visits. I ask not to have my nails drilled and they drill any way so I stopped coming. Also if im getting a mani pedi it's very uncomfortable reaching and twisting from side to side. It's too expensive. I called them and told them that I was going to have 14-17 people including myself because I was getting married the next day and all the girls, bridal party and family, wanted to get their nails done. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I had Kelly do my nails, and she was fantastic! Will definitely be coming back and recommend this nail salon to anyone! read more

My mother and I LOVE this salon. Christy and Kelly are the absolute best! I had weak, brittle nails that split and peeled, Kelly started doing SNS on me several months ago and now I don't even have to get tips put on and my natural nails are strong, she is super gentle with me (great because my nails were super sensitive). Been coming here for years to get SNS and pedicures. However today will be the last time. Appointments are not worth anything. Had an apt at 2:30 for nails and toes and waited an hour only to watch other people come in after us and get served first. Very sad. I like this place for its customer loyalty but I'm not sure they provide the best quality. My gel nail manicure always lasts longer when I go somewhere else. In fact the best gel manicure I ever had was at a shop in Clovis, NM. I'll continue to patron this shop until I find a better one in the neighborhood. read more

I've been coming here for two years now and love it! Prices are reasonable and they just do a great job. Many great polishes to choose from and I hardly ever have to wait. If anything they will seat you in a chair to let your feet soak until someone can start your pedicure. read more

I love this place! I have been going here for years now, and went to the previous salon the owners had before this one! The staff is very friendly and good at what they do! The prices are pretty reasonable and they offer a lot of options of manicures and pedicures. Very relaxing environment as well. They have a lot of chairs for pedicures, so there usually isn't much of a wait! They can do your mani and pedi at the same time too. read more

I went to get a mani pedi and the guy doing my nails made 3 nails bleed underneath the nail and dug into the cuticle on one, causing it to bleed. Also they didn't say a word to me during the 1 and a half hours that I was getting everything done. They talked entirely in Vietnamese. I was extremely disappointed by this salon. read more
