I didn't have a great experience with a gel manicure (didn't have colors I requested and the alternative was less than perfect, very thick and just not particularly well done). I got a full set of acrylics on Thursday. On Saturday the day of my prom I broke my thumbnail opening a car door. I came back Sunday to get it fixed, and not only did it look really bad and not match the rest of my nails. It was not square it was coughing, and there was hardly any acrylic at all, and it was so thin that it was bending. I didn't think to check the nail before leaving the salon because she had been comparing them back-and-forth so I assumed that the nail would look OK. I went here before my brothers wedding on Thursday afternoon to get SNS removed and a nice gel manicure. I have been to a couple of places and did not love them, so I opted wato give them a try with all of the great reviews. John was nice but it took me an hour and 20 minutes to get my nails done and they don't look nice by any means. By Monday morning, the gel has cracked on one of my nails. The nail itself is in perfect condition but the gel is fully cracked. I would not recommend going here unless you want to waste your time and money! *Update* Only 6 days after, I have 3 other nails cracking and peeling from the gel being done improperly! read more

If I could put zero stars I would . My nail tech wouldn't speak to me and she cut me three times to the point of bleeding. Not to mention their website has cheap affordable prices but for four people it was 200+ dollars . They were all just very rude except for mono he is the only good nail artist there . I'm not normally someone who write reviews, but yesterday I went to this place to get a full set of acrylics with gel polish, which I was told would be $50, totally fine. When I checked out I was told it was $63 because of tax, $5 for using a credit card and $5 FOR MATTE TOP COAT, which I was not informed there was an up charge for anything when I asked. She refused to shape them or file them down when I asked and cut my finger. After leaving I had to go buy a nail file to refill my nails because they were so bad.. needless to say I will NOT be going back and would of given no stars if I could. read more

The only reason I'm rating it 4 stars is because I told them I worked in mental health and the person that was working on my toes started complaining about his life. It's only $35 for an awesome pedicure, but if you work in any way with the public, don't talk about it, because they will ruin your relaxing pedicure. My toes turned out great, so I'll be returning, I just learned my lesson. read more

This is a beautiful salon..however... The last couple of times I went.. the dipping powder only lasts about a week. I haven't had this issue with another salon...I left the other salon due to not enough employees...I was talking to my hair dresser about Paradise Nails and how their dipping powder.. like SNS or THE DIPPING POWDER brand doesn't last but a week. She told me she heard that they go as far as putting the cheap stuff into the name brand bottles. I would put money on it that these guys do this... never going again. I hate to leave a bad review, I've been going here for years, but Anna is the only one that can do your nails so that they look nice and last, hernails last three weeks, and they look nice and natural, when she is not there I have had 4 -5 other people do my nails. They are very thick and start too far from your cuticle and last about a week maybe a week and a half, I had mine done last week. Anna is off, I told the guy how she does them, and that she said to do them closer to the cuticle and thinner, he did my nails, and they looked great, but today on day seven they all have cracks, and the color looks very milky, may go back today to see if they will fix them, but will probably find another salon. After that, I have had pedicures here, and never had a problem, but nails always like wonky if Anna is not doing them, hate to waste another Saturday getting my nails done also last Saturday for a pedicure and SNS they charged me $130, I got the $35 pedicure. . read more

It's been 3 weeks now and my fingers are still infected from a guy cutting the crap out of almost all my fingers. He also then dipped them in the sns. Never again will I get sns from here. Also during my gel pedicure I got cut to from the lady and my toe got infected. Pictures to prove. I am on a strong antibiotic. read more

The people that work and own the salon are very nice. They offered a 20% discount the first time I went which is great! If you pay with cash then you get I believe a 5% discount, and if you pay with card then there is a fee. I've been here twice already and I've gotten SNS with the nail extensions both times which was awesome, they could work on their filing and shaping a bit more. The shape isn't always spot on and I've done oval both times. It can be a bit rough and uneven, but if you tell them then they are willing to reshape it. They do offer free repair as well! Instruments used are clean and sanitary. All things considered not a bad nail salon. read more

So, I am not usually someone who leaves a review, but I am so dissapointed. I have been going here for months now, someone did my nails and after just a week they started to come off. I went back thinking I was a valuable customer and that they would fix them for free/put a new set on. the lady told me It was basically my fault for not knowing they would lift after a week. i have also brought more than 3 people to this salon so they have lost me and those others. i am very dissapointed. Not just one was lifting either, THREE had fallen off and one was lifting... yikes yikes YIKES do NOT go here. my sister just got hers done and they are are lifting too lol read more

I have been there 4 times and have taken my daughter 3 times. I specifically requested 2 nail techs that sat close together so we could sit together. I was supposed to have Mono, my daughter Oryan. Oryan has done mine a few times and he's great. I made my appointment 5 days in advance. When we got there I was told they double booked Oryan. All I got was an apology and "you can wait 45 minutes for him to finish". The other lady had been coming to him longer than me. All that said to me is that my time wasn't valueable because I had not been going there very long. We had to have my daughter's done by someone else across the salon. It defeated the purpose of a mother daughter date. I was also supposed to have a mani and SNS color change , as I asked when I booked the appointment. It was read back and confirmed. I was busy talking to my daughter across the salon and didn't even realize they weren't doing the mani until they had started dipping. then, with my mani, 2 nails chipped within 2 days. I have had to file down under the SNS daily on multiple nails because it's so rough and getting caught on my hair. I know this can happen occasionally but I'm having to do it every day on different nails. I have not been able to go back and get them fixed because their hours are not working with my schedule. I make these appointments on my off days because it's all I have time to do. I don't think we will be back. I have tried to call and never get an answer. read more
