I had called directly instead of checking his website, and when I offered to pay for his consultation, he refused because they honor their policy of free inspections. This is an honest contractor, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Here's my previous review. They haven't lost a step since I wrote that one in 2024. Eddie Odoms did a thorough inspection of our attic mold situation that had been spotted by our roofers. He identified normal mold accumulation for a home of our age and said that it was not intruding into the home and would best be addressed if it gets worse or if we want to sell the house. He took photos and reviewed them with us, showing that previous contractors had not properly connected vents from inside the house out through the roof. This of course puts more moisture in the attic and can drive a mold problem. It's also very inefficient. And, he spotted missing insulation in the attic after a contractor for the previous owner did a sloppy job. We hired his crew to fix the leaking and badly taped vents and to install the missing insulation. He tells you what you need and doesn't try to sell you on work that doesn't require completion at this time. I recommend him and his crew without hesitation.

We called USA Water Restoration and Elijah's team took over. They were there starting to dry out the "dirty water" and put everything in motion to get our insurance involved. Patriot was honest and said that he did not offer this service because it really could not be done that efficently. I paid 2k more to Eco-Care because they had a better salesman, told me they would vacumn and "do things right". Also, EC would do the job right away. Patriot would not do it before making sure all rodents and small animals were out of my house, suggesting a 6 week bait and trap program before sealing all entry/exit points. I was so sorry I did not go with Patriot initially. Not only did unvacumed feces work its way up from under the vapor barrier, but rodent issues continued. Patriot came back for a second opinion and took pics for me , finding that Eco-Care had not done the work in sealing the pest entry points up as contracted for... in fact, they didn't initially find the main entry point at the sides of my garage door, Patriot found it ! No matter which company you choose, please , please , please crawl under your house to double check that all work has been done ...but I do believe you can trust Patriot to do the job, and do it excelantly at a fair price.

He was understanding Curtis and Jesse a 4 point for being helpful, during packout. They were genuinely nice but the people in charge of the project and estimates a 2 or 3. I felt left out of the loop. Jared doesn't provide clearly written documentation or accurate and clearly understandable estimate by insurance. By not completing the board up, we lost over $7500 in contents stolen out of our home. Burglars broke in. Doors and windows not secured by boards were the source of entry. I'll have to file a claim to repair or replace two windows and a garage door break ins. The lack of communication in storage fees is a big issue, a hostage situation. Make sure you get an estimate of cost of storage as that will be a surprise. They are paid over $80 per hour to packout personal belongings and document what they boxed up and stored with IDENTIFIABLE photos of each item, they failed to accomplish this. They did not fulfill their obligation to accurately document ALL items with photos what we own. Not a big box or a pile of stuff that you don't know what you're looking at! Thing's became mysteriously missing. The first thing that happened was I asked them not to break my grandmother's vase which they did. They also threw a very important antique table out on The lawn without regard and took it. I think overall, the emergency services were helpful to a degree but we didn't call them (when the truck hit our cars, that hit my car, that went into the kitchen and basement),;they just showed up and took over. I think they've been called ambulance chaser's. I'm sympathetic to their employees because some people that' work there were very kind to me in a horrible situation. At the scene, Mathew was a blessing. And packout, Curtis and Jesse were great. But some of the others not as much. They can do much better with honest communication. And provide 100% transparency as there should not be anything to hide.

A hose on our water heater leaked and caused a bunch of dmg on the garage wall. It was a few days…read morebefore we noticed, but because of the hot water, the mold was all over that area. Called Dryworx and my home insurance. They got everything for my insurance company and dealt with them directly. The insurance initially try to say the damage looked to be months old, but Dryworx was able to get enough pictures and proof to show it was only a few days old (hot water made things look like it's been leaking for months). Glad I didn't have to deal with the insurance company alone. Because the issue was behind the water heater, we had to get a plumber involved to move it and Dryworx handled all of that. Drywall was removed, everything was dried over a few days, then patched up. Looks good as new. Better even. I had to change the payment method on them a few times and they were very accommodating.
