You can find his business listed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau under "Cody's Covers," and it's clear from other reviews that he regularly scams people--this is theft by deception. Despite the issues, I paid him, and he promised to return to finish the edging, but he never did. Instead, he started demanding additional payment via Zelle or Venmo to a random person and number. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, and I cannot recommend him for any job.

The delivery took a while, because the material was custom, but the installers came when they said they would, did a great job, and left the place how they found it. I did not receive quality work from NTTA…read more I thought around $300 for a 6'X 8' fitted trailer cover was steep; however, quality work is not cheap... the problem is that I did not receive a quality, finished piece. I can buy a $10 Chinese woven polyethylene tarp from Wally-World and it will have grommets every 18" or so on a finished seam. What did NTTA expect me to do with a trailer cover that included no grommets or any way to tie it down? The problem compounded when I took it back and told them I wanted grommets on the edges. They subsequently charged a premium to finish a job that never should have left their shop. The intelligent consumer should look at various sources; however, I cannot give NTTA a recommendation. They are generally non-communicative and they do not handle complaints.

We used them for new doors during a major remodel. The installer did not show up on time when he…read morecommitted to being on the job (when he showed up at all), several times did show up but without tools needed for the job. We made numerous calls to Robbyn in the office about where the installer was. The installer was only able to complete 1 1/2 doors before we instructed him not to return because he was holding up other portions of the project. The installation time quoted was a couple of days but it stretched into weeks. What a nightmare. We had another installer fix the problems with door #1 (minor), door #2 (major) and door #3 (never started) which resulted in extra expense to us but it was important to us to keep the project on track. After we fired the installer, we received a bill from Jack stating that we had received a discount for 3 doors being installed which was no longer in effect since we had only had 2 doors (partially installed) before we fired the installer 12/4/2015 First off a discount was extended based on the normal installation of three 3080 pre-hung replacement doors. See Attachment B. When that quantity was reduced to an installation of only two doors, the discount was no longer operative, and the non-discounted competitive price of $350 per door for two doors on the same trip is applicable. Normal installation of two 3080 pre-hung doors remove & reinstall = $700 Jack was okay to work with (except after we fired the installer) and we received the correct items for the most part (the exception being the locks)

Five stars, without hesitation…read more We recently had our existing 450 sq. ft. pergola reroofed with Hercules bronze polycarbonate after the old roof had become a constant source of leaks. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The crew was prompt, polite, professional, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. I was especially impressed with how they handled the curved front of our pergola. Because the trim couldn't bend to match the curve, they hand-cut each section to create a faceted edge that looks like it was part of the original design. The Hercules bronze panels also look fantastic with the existing cedar structure and give the entire pergola a clean, finished appearance. What impressed me most, though, was their customer service. We had added labor to install string lights we had already purchased, but when the crew arrived, they hadn't been told about it and the warehouse hadn't sent the hooks. I told them not to worry and figured we'd schedule it another day. Instead, they contacted their supervisor, and just a few hours later a third installer arrived with the correct hardware so they could finish everything the same day. That level of communication and follow-through is rare. The new roof looks fantastic, the leaks are gone, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
