They replaced the soles on my 4 year old Georgia work boots and they look FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend this shoe repair company for your favorite shoes or boots to be repaired! Yes, gentle reader Disney and UCF have their character shoes made and repaired here. You might even get to see some! Want all your shoes shellacked with a Louboutin-red bottom, they'll do it. Need a custom made shoe? Yep. New soles? You betcha. Flip flops for a giant? I really think I saw some. We drove 40 mins to pick up and drop off an item. The place is completely closed but their website, google and yelp states they're open to 4pm. We thought it may be closed for lunch so stalled for 1 hour and called a few times but still closed. 2.5 hrs wasted in the day. Pls update your information. read more

I wish I had pics to share but I honestly thought my vintage knee high made in England Doc Martens boots might be beyond saving. They had mildew spotting from being in storage. Nope! One of the pair I had bought on a trip to Italy and wouldn't be replaceable here. I thought I would just have to get rid of them and buy new pairs. These guys are the best. I needed some repair work on a piece of hockey equipment. Didnt know if it could be fixed, but found these guys on yelp and gave em a try. They came through with flying colors. They didnt give me that "oh i dont think that can be fixed" attitude. They listened to what i needed done and told me to come back in an hour. NOTE: PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE FOR THE AFTER Dropped off a pair of 2012 air Jordan raptor 7s. Bought for cheap in pretty good condition but since they were properly stored I started to see some slight sole separation and they were just a bit dusty. I figured I could get them cleaned so I could sell them and make profit as usual. I found USA Shoe Company and brought them in. The man that helped me was honest and knowledgeable. He explained that since the sole separation was minor the glue may not stick for long since the sole wasn't fully separated from the shoe and they couldn't get rid of the old insides and clean out the shoe and fully reglue which I already knew but it was nice to have the person I was doing business with inform me of that anyway. I dropped them off on Wednesday and was told they would be ready by Tuesday, but would most likely get a call on Monday that they were ready. Instead I got a call 2 days later on Friday that they were ready. I drove over to pick them up and wow. They looked brand new! They looked better than I even expected them too. Bottom of the shoe was sparkling and the color popped even more. Not a speck of dirt. The suede uppers were immaculate. The sole was glued back together as promised. I know for a fact I will always be coming here for any of my sneaker cleaning or repairing needs. read more

Excellent job! I found this company on yelp. This will definitely be my shoe repair shop from now on and I've already texted my sister in case she ever needs shoes repaired. I went in on short notice to have a leather belt repaired. The fellow that greeted me in the office was smart, professional, knowledgeable and very willing to help. I was really impressed with how clean and organized the front office was. Also, I could see some shoes that had been repaired and were waiting for their owners. The repaired shoes looked fabulous! I also got a peek into the workshop which was very tidy and organized. My belt looked brand new when the craftsman was finished with it. The price was very reasonable. Should have taken before and after pictures, but I was shocked to see my shoes repaired. They looked brand new. I had a pair of high heels the trunk of my car for maybe 6 months and the heat made the soles detach. They had basically fallen apart and the heels of the shoes themselves were super worn as well. These guys know shoes. I won't go anywhere else to get shoes fixed because these guys don't just fix shoes, they make them. I've had a few complicated issues, and they handled it all perfectly.
