If I could give a Zero rating, I would. This place was not personable from the second I walked in. I signed my daughter up -- through the recreation department -- for a tumbling class. With that in mind, I though that this place would be more receptive to recreational gymnasts. But when I told the person at the front desk that I signed her up that way, she seemed off-put by the idea and talked to me and treated us in a way that may have well of been a hate crime. I allowed for that, assuming that maybe that woman had an off night. Then I went in and the instructor was inconsiderate of my 6-year-old daughter amongst the youngsters, impatient that she wasn't up to speed with some of the more advanced kids. My daughter ultimately stopped herself in her tracks 20 minutes into her four-week course in tears and we took her out of the class and didn't bring her back any other times. This organization should be punished for the way they treat kids trying to learn. I wish I could punish them in the wallet so they could suffer because I know this review won't do enough. At the very least, I wish I could have my money back for the class that I spent on for nothing. This place has a INFINITE NEGATIVE score for their awful service and shouldn't be in business now or ever. Shame on them all. To work with kids, they should have more patience and consideration. I had my daughters birthday party here and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. This place has a party room where you can use - they let you bring in your own food, drinks, and desserts (cake). The room comes with tables and chairs as well. For the party we had 2 dedicated instructors that led the kids through various activities - trampoline, rock wall climbing, balance beam, floor games, obstacle and course and at the end a huge blow up that the kids go through a few times. All the kids were interested in the activities and had a blast doing them. The people from the venue to help were very nice and super accommodating. The venue room is great for smaller sized parties as the space is limited, it does get warm in the summer so be prepared. Overall I was very happy and impressed with our experience. read more

Awesome gymnastics studio! Great place for beginners and timid children as well as those interested in competitive gymnastics. Coaches are very well trained and professional. Clean, extremely kid friendly place to learn gymnastics! They also offer adult classes. These workouts are unlike any other I have experienced. I used muscles I didn't even know exist. Coach Phil will have you doing exercises that are new to even the most seasoned workout fanatic . The day after your workout you will be wishing you were dead......but in a good way :) read more

Took my 4 year old daughter there for her first time . None of the staff approached me or told us where to go or what to do . She's never done gymnastics before so I assumed they would teach her how to most of the stuff , but no they didn't even bother . My daughter was crying and embarrassed because she wasn't able to do it right off the bat . They continued with their group and ignored my daughter . Bad service ! read more

My 2.5yo daughter has been attending Tini-Tots for a month now, and it's been an amazing experience! She is able to exert all of her energy, has fun, and it has really helped her with being more outgoing as well as follow instructions. Coach Bethany is absolutely amazing, and we look forward seeing her every week. She is truly great when it comes to dealing with kids, and I'm so grateful to have her as my daughter's coach. All the staff from the front desk, and the other coaches are nothing but exceptional as well. I loved the program that they built, especially for younger kids like my daughter. My son has been going here for almost a year already, and he loves it. The coaches take their time to help your child understand what he/she should be doing. Every Saturday morning my son always looks forward to going to the gym. Also, if you miss any classes that you've paid for, they will schedule make up classes for you. read more

Love this place! The teachers are awesome. It's fun, bright, and is a great price for learning gymnastics. My kids love it there. Coach Christy is super nice and my daughter likes her a lot. We came from another gym and did not like it as much. Although the other gym was so much closer and the same price, the teachers here are consistent (there is no turnaround with the teachers unlike the other place we were) and they seem very happy. I like that the classes are consistent too. There is no guessing for the kids about what is going to happen next and what is expected of them. I really truly believe that kids need that. We are happy here and will definitely keep coming. :) read more

My 20 month old twins LOVE going to Gym on Monday mornings. We LOVE Coach Amy...she's the best. Even with my twins she helps out and takes one of them so that we can enjoy and do the parent interactive diaper dashers class. This place is horrible!!! I had to give one star but if I could I would not even give them that. I do not recommend this place for anyone. The coaches here are not helpful especially coach Michael. They talk about the students amongst each other in front of the other students and the patents. Very unprofessional and just not classy in general. My child attended USA sports for over a year and was at them same skill level she started at ,there was no progression at all. My child is very athletic and very flexible and that is why we put her here.She was placed in the intermediate class but the other girls in her class were way below her skill level and when I asked if there was another class she could join, something more advanced then using a roller to belly roll over they said no that she was in the highest class possible. They pack the classes and mix different levels together to keep their profits rolling in I understand the are a Business but you are also here to teach these kids gymnastics , but seems more like Gymboree for toddlers. We eventually pulled our daughter from this facility and placed her in another gym in San Jose and she is doing fabulous and in just 3 1 hour classes she mastered a round off back handspring on her own. Notice how the reviews are 3 to 4 years old it's because they are horrible!!! Coach Michael is a jerk always ask for a different coach!! read more

My daughter has been training with USA Sports since they opened in Gilroy in 2006 or so. She loves it and has had a great experience. My son also gave it a try for a while, enjoyed himself, and got some great exercise (but it wasn't his thing). I even took the adult class once (I am not gymnastics material). It has been great to watch girls start as little kids playing and grow into serious competitors. Coaches and staff are friendly and approachable. If your kid expresses any interest in gymnastics, tumbling, or even cheer, this is a great place to start. read more
