He could distinguish Brochiectasis, which was discovered a couple of years ago. But he missed a new condition, which was revealed on 3/08/26 in a Northwell lab sputum analysis: Moderate Klebsiella Pneumonaie. I don't think that this condition was developed after Feb 11, 2026. The Northwell's Clinic lung's doctor in North Hyde Park also was late in reviewing the Lab's report and ordering the treatment with antibiotic Ciprofloxacin for 2 weeks on April 7, 2026. There was 2 months delay to put on a right diagnosis and treat the bacterial infectious condition, and this is devastating for me and my family! I'm 76 years old. I've been to this location a few times. This location has an E F train stationright out side and…read moremany bus stops it which made it great not having to walk far in the cold. The entrance is down some stairs. Upon entering make sure to let them know what you there and they will point you in the right direction. This will save you signing into the wrong section as there are 2 sign in sections, one near the entrance and one in the back. The staff at sign in have never been rude or mean. I usually take the earliest appointment they have, so I get it if people aren't morning people, but no complaints. As of late they have been pushing the extra $40 AI option. Meh, I get it they have their directive as well. The technicians that I've had at this location have always been nice and explained what was happening. Which helps to get an understanding of what you are about to do. As with all LHR when they send you that paperwork to review/update before your appointment, best to do it before hand! Will definitely save some time having to fill that out while at the appointment.

So on to my review I was sent to get an mri of my left foot from my podiatrist for pain on the left side of the left foot . He didn't recommend a particular place but since I've been here before and had a good experience I decided to come again . In addition it's about a mile from me and has amble parking . I had an appointment time of 3:30 they ask you come earlier I came in at 3:00 . I checked in the front desk and they said I'll be called . I gotta say I was really worried because I had work at 5:00 . So I sat and waited about 10 mins but was starting to worry because the waiting room was packed ! I went back up front and explained my situation and the gentlemen at check in said "don't worry you're good" he was very nice and it made me feel better that I wasn't going to be late to work . Then about 5 minutes after that they called me to the front to fill out some forms as far as signatures and make my co payment . The lady helping me was very nice and graceful. I was afraid with them so packed I would be subjected to dismissive harsh attitudes but that wasn't the case . I quick note make an appointment online or call and fill out the paperwork on your phone or computer ahead of time ! It makes things smoother and better in general . Shortly after I was called in by another nice gentleman he was very thorough nice and attentive. I changed and followed his instructions and headed into the room for my MRI. The test was about 15 minutes and he made sure I was comfortable with an extra pillow and headphones ( it's loud ) . All in all it was a pleasant and comfortable experience and I would go back and would recommend to friends and family . Also want to mention I was out by about 4:00 and was on time for work .

I arrived on site 10 min before my appt time and filled out the appropriate paper work. I didn't have my referral papers printed out (I had a copy on my phone) but was able to upload it to their portal they sent me via text. After all the initial paperwork was completed, I was sent to a waiting room. I waited less than 5 min and was brought in promptly for my appointment. There is a parking lot in front but when I went for my appointment early afternoon it was pretty packed - so depends on day/time of day and when you go if you'll get a spot.

Very repulsive attitude and behavior Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially in healthcare settings where people may already feel vulnerable or anxious. I will not be coming back to this location. I've had great experiences with NYU Langone facilities, but this location is just not it.

No clue to the exact "upfront office". Ended up in the wrong office, they directed us to the office directly in front of the very first lady at the podium who told us to go to the office in the back. I think that we are in the correct office! This office sends us back to the very first lady at the podium so that we can check in with her. Then they send her down stairs, I go along to wait in that waiting area. I get down stairs and the staff began to speaking rude to me as a visitor. I stood in front of the chair to see the directions they are going. ( I didn't move) They thought it was necessary for her to tell me that the room was fur patients only. I was responding by saying I'm just watching the directions. They other staff member was present and must have got offended by my response so she kicked me out of the waiting area and told me I had to leave the area. I asked, shall I go back to the room that we started in. Her nasty response was, just find a waiting room upstairs. The improvements needed for a pleasant visit would have been for the lady at the podium to take charge and ask questions so that she can do her job and direct people to the correct area. That would have prevented us from going to 3 different places. A staff member was blowing her nose the entire time I sat in the waiting room which was really disgusting. Om our exit, the lady at the podium did tell us to press "S" for street to leave the building. So I guess that makes up for the entrance..... NO! I wise not to come here again. Not even to drop someone off. I'll just stay in my car instead of parking in the valet. By the way, he was the only person to provide exceptional customer service!
