We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there). We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.

I spend 1.5 hrs on the phone with 611 to do an esim installation for something that would have taken him minutes but he didn't want to stay one minute after closing time. I live 30 miles out and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake and not done. When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. I do want to mention that my computer is fixed and working and I do commend them for that.

They've been in a case since the day I got them and they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there were several scratches, scuffs and marks all over the case.
