    Awesomeness is at the Ashland Branch had them a few years love the service! Phone never has any problems whatsoever. I referred lots.

    Updating review....I want to make clear that my primary issue is with AT&T's deceptive advertising,…read moreand not the two men who tried to help me. I want to save someone else from signing up for the 55+ plan thinking that he will get a new phone and free internet. Neither are true. Apparently, the 55+ plan used to include a new phone, but it no longer does. There is a discount for the internet service, but it is not free. Once a customer activates the Internet device, he will soon after receive a notice that the Internet service bill will be due soon! I was able to return the device by working with the AT &T rep at the Delta Waters store.

    I had two phones upgraded at this store and both were supposed to have promotions applied, but…read moreneither were applied to my phone bill. I went back to the store later and the manager said it was because my phone was on a grandfathered plan that wasn't eligible, but I was never made aware of it by the sales associates. The manager at the store has absolutely no authority to make things right even though the sales associate admitted that it was his first month and he was poorly trained on the promotion and didn't know until a month later that the promotion would only be applied to new plans. I appreciated the accountability of the sales associate who admitted his part in the issue which is why I gave the store more than one star. I was not impressed with how the manager handled the issue. I know he didn't have authority, but when you are in customer service you hear out the issue and you give empathy. In an ideal world you get on a phone and make it right. Which is what I had to do - 5+ hours later on hold with AT&T support (Note: This is something the manager could have done himself with me in the store) and I finally got it settled. I'm generally happy with the cell phone service itself and the plan, but the customer service and hoops almost made me switch carriers - which is still a possibility going forward. Like another reviewer all the blame isn't on the store - a lot of it had to do with corporate - and maybe it wasn't the manager's best day, but all in all I wasn't impressed.
