I have wasted so much time in the store trying to resolve this issue. I have been promised credits that have never came in. I was promised that they could save me on my monthly bill. Unfortunately I had to choose that option. it took me over a week and two different phones to get one that worked. The one that I got works but the battery goes down fast. She told me that there was one person ahead of me and that she would get to me asap. When it was my turn, Tina could tell that I was not comfortable standing and offered me her chair. Her kindness touched me. Other customers were coming in. Tina acknowledged each person with a kind word and managed to get to each and everyone, by multitasking and making sure that each customer was satisfied.
