The store tells me that folks on the phone don't know what they are talking about and the folks on the phone tell me that the the folks in the store don't know what they are taking about. I brought it back to them to get the bottom screen fixed, and after I got it, while it senses taps, the touches are never in the right place, even with me calibrating it multiple times. Absolute waste of money. Their student discount, is abysmal, and the service is just so bad. More things are broken getting my device back, than what was originally needing to be repaired. I recommend looking at another repair shop and staying away from this one as much as possible. Spend your money on a better service, and for those who actually deserve it.

The people at the smartphone plus can't tell if your watch is an authentic apple watch. Becareful sending anything in through the mail because if you get it back it might not be the same. I sent him proof of purchase and he still went on talking about it not being authentic. Who knows what they did with my watch?
