(Yreka,CA branch) After install the connection was shaky at best. On speed tests I averaged .1-.4 mb down and occasionally it would stop broadcasting the wireless. It would also stop broadcasting when the router was touched (I made sure the antenna was tight). I called in, did there bs tech support junk for a while. They blamed it on my computer after a couple calls they sent a tech guy. He also blamed my computer but agreed to bring a new router when I asked. A week later he came back after a couple more calls with a new router and what do you know my internet works. Speedtests are now 4 down 1 up which isn't as fast as they promise but a hell of a lot better than .4. So it took 2 weeks to get it fixed and if I wasn't persistent it wouldn't of been fixed at all.

I spoke with Courtney to set up the initial appointment. Courtney was very helpful in explaining the different plans, the initial appointment which was for signal check only, installation procedures, the works! Thank you, Courtney! Bryce was the service tech who came to do the signal check. He was on time for the appointment and very professional. He explained what he had to do and then did it. He found a good signal strength, so we set up an appointment for installation. Bryce went over the different plans, and what I would need in terms of equipment. Turns out, Bryce grew up near my property and could give me some history as well! Bryce was also the installation tech. He again arrived on time and explained what he needed to do and went about doing it. Bryce found a better place to mount the receiver and receive a stronger signal and asked if I was okay with the new location because it meant routing the wire slightly differently. The installation was very quick and very clean. After the installation, Bryce sat down with me and went through the paperwork with me, making certain I understood everything. So far, the internet is working exceptionally well. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the people associated with Webformix. Service itself is a SOLID 3. After 4pm we always seem have slower internet speeds.... I am now on day five with no phone service because they can't figure it out after switching to…read morethem. I am out of town for business and rely on service for work. I went in to buy an iPad since my tablet crashed, and add a new service through Verizon. They didn't have the iPad, so I did the next "best thing" and switched from AT&T to Verizon so that I can get signal in this town. They sent me away with a non-operating phone service, blaming it on AT&T saying it could take up to 24 hours before service starts on my phone. I confirmed with AT&T there is no hold ups on their end, but when you need service from Verizon, all you get is somebody from China. Who knows how long before I get service, but I'm day five with no phone so I will have to go back to AT&T. Additionally, since I'm working up in the hills and don't get back into town till late, I finally have the opportunity to speed and get to the store before it closed. I got there seven minutes before it was closed to talk to a "real person", and it was locked with nobody inside.
