I am now on day five with no phone service because they can't figure it out after switching to them. I am out of town for business and rely on service for work. I went in to buy an iPad since my tablet crashed, and add a new service through Verizon. They didn't have the iPad, so I did the next "best thing" and switched from AT&T to Verizon so that I can get signal in this town. They sent me away with a non-operating phone service, blaming it on AT&T saying it could take up to 24 hours before service starts on my phone. I confirmed with AT&T there is no hold ups on their end, but when you need service from Verizon, all you get is somebody from China. Who knows how long before I get service, but I'm day five with no phone so I will have to go back to AT&T. Additionally, since I'm working up in the hills and don't get back into town till late, I finally have the opportunity to speed and get to the store before it closed. I got there seven minutes before it was closed to talk to a "real person", and it was locked with nobody inside. read more

This review is about three months late. I was moving up the coast alone with two small children and three dogs. During the drive, my pit bull crawled on my lap and snapped the charger head out of the phone charger. I was running out of daylight and battery fast. I rolled up to this place and Brian (I think) helped me replace the charger. Two associates were there, both courteous, calm and knowledgeable- and nice to my kids. Thank you. read more

Had to get a new phone and although their system was down and I had to come up twice, the customer service was excellent. Daniel got my new phone all set up. Appreciate the positive attitude and all his help on such a stressful day getting the wifi and system working to even run the store. It was no fault of his and he rocked it. Business phones and elderly customers NOT their strong suit. As a business owner, I called ahead & explained in detail what needed to happen and employee was in front of Daniel with the phone. Guess what? Daniel did nothing, send her away without activating that line - which was the point. Now employee has phone on personal service. Daniel assured me it was taken care of - NOT! I called and spoke with Raheem who said I was rude said Daniel shouldn't deal with business accounts or elderly people and they want employee to drive 20+ miles so they fix the issue - extremely doubtful. Verizon is the worst customer service experience I've had. Dropped calls, mediocre phone service, extremely slow 4g and no 5g whatsoever. I bought an Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max in 2019 in Medford at Verizon store and I has had nothing but trouble with it. I paid in 2019 $1300 on a brand new iPhone of the year. Since 2020 that I don't have a contract if them anymore. I hate them so much that since 2020 that I'm paying only for a prepaid phone with them. Here is why, I already called support over 10 times to unlock my phone (since 2019) and not only me, but friendly people tried it too. They say that my phone is already unlocked, because after a month it unlock itself, but it is not AND they don't give me a solution. They are keeping me hostage of their company. I paid for a phone, I want my phone to work wherever I go. Last year I was out of the country and I couldn't place another chip to use it, so I paid for a very expensive phone that is worthless. Even knowing there is known problems because they even said they contacted Apple, they won't switch for another, for THE SAME ONE I bought from them although unlocked and not refurbish because isn't what i paid for, now who trust them??? Listen: After all, they offered a "new contract" so they cold "maybe" help me with a solution (is this a joke right??????) I'll never ever sign a contract with a company that make me hostage of them, Verizon is the worst customer service, they are one of the most expensive service with mediocre phone service because it does not work nowhere, Verizon is extremely slow 4g and no 5g whatsoever. AND LISTEN MORE: On different occasions, the attendant, the supervisor, the tech support all of them we just talked to hung up on us. It's so frustrating. I bought an iPhone from this dealer two years ago and they offered a screen protector that would be replaced if it was damaged for the life of the phone. Recently my screen protector started to crack and I went to the store for a replacement and they told me the life of the phone was only two years even if it still worked. They would not replace it as promised when I bought the phone. After being promised by the manager who called me and said they would honor the agreement I had with the previous owner and replace the screen protector. I went to the store to get it replaced about 3 weeks later and they were out of the of the one that fits my phone. I returned to the store today and they had the correct screen saver but now they refused to replace it even after calling a supervisor. I'm done with this store! read more

On Tuesday March 7th I visited the Verizon Store here in Yreka and was assisted by a very nice young man named Daniel. I ended up trading my Samsung S21 in on a brand new S23. I was given $800 trade in value for my used phone (which was nice) and offered a brand new Galaxy smart watch for an additional $50 (which was great!). I was told that the store was all out of the watches and that mine would have to be ordered. Daniel would call me when the watch arrived and i could come down and pick it up. A few weeks went by with no call from Daniel so I called the store. No watch. This happened again two weeks later. On Tuesday May 9th I went into the store and approached Daniel. He would not make eye contact with me and sent me over to another employee to be helped. I was the only customer in the store and thought it strange that I had been passed off. After speaking with the other employee I was told that the watch had never been ordered for me and there was nothing they could/would do about it. I'll be going back to Medford for my Verizon needs. This store always seems busy. I was in yesterday to get a new SIM card. While unfortunately due to COVID I did have to wait in line outside for a while, the employees we're doing there best to help as many customers at once as they could. Emily was very sweet and helpful. She ensured that my card was installed and my phone was working again before I left. If my phone had cooperated, she would have had me in and out in no time. When my phone wouldn't activate with the new card, she got a hold of customer service as fast as she could, while at the same time ensuring the other customer she was helping wasn't ignored, and making sure the people waiting outside were acknowledged and placed in queue in their system. She was also providing assistance to other employees. I would say the only negative was the wait time on hold with customer service. I will definitely come back, although I may try to be there earlier in case I have to wait outside again. read more

Good selection of phones and accessories. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I had a problem with a promotion and they helped me by talking to the guy on the phone. I was there for 2 hours and finally got the situation resolved to the point where I could handle the rest myself. They also will help with any phone issues you might have in-store before sending it out. read more
