The organization i submitted the document to never received it, I had to again fax on my own. The the form was rejected because the notary, Isaac Antonio Cross, put the wrong date. Whatever mistakes happen. I came back in today to redo the whole the process and he put the wrong year on the form. I now have to resubmit the form. While Antonio is not supposed to check the accuracy of the document. He is responsible for accurate dates and the signature. As a customer service representative representing UPS, he is also required to be kind to customers especially when making repeated errors on legal documents that he is licensed to check. And you know this fool charged me again. DO NOT get your documents notarized here and actually just skip UPS all together. Sincerely, a new york notary.

The girl at the counter assured me they would all arrive within 10 days.The girl at the counter was also very bored and rude. They arrived in Wisconsin one by one OVER 3 MONTHS. All the boxes were smashed and open. Anything breakable was smashed. Some things were missing. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to find anyone English to speak with. Finally a corporate woman called and told me my remaining 3 boxes are lost and she emailed me a claim report and hung up on me. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I lost a lot of my belongings. Please do yourself a huge favor. Dont ship greyhound.

In my case I found that it was very affordable but annoying when you're expecting many packages. You have three days to pick up your delivered packages without incurring any fees. The problem is that all your packages may arrive on different days, so while helping out my mom, I ended up making three trips here. Even with all of this, I still would've given them a three-star rating BUT some of my mother's belongings smelled like gasoline, so definitely docking a star for that.
