Today I had a prepaid label and wanted one of the plastic bags with a seal to ship this. Which I seen someone else had used and i have received one of those for free prior from the other associate. I've never seen this lady before and she said they don't have them and I told here where they were, she said they're not for sale. I'm thinking what that even means because what is the packaging there for then? She tells me whoever gave it to me before was not doing what they were supposed to do because they have no free packaging. I still asked can I purchase it? She said they're not for sale I need to buy bubble wrap or different packaging. It was for a purse... a small leather one already used because I'm a reseller. She's asking if it's a return and if it has a prepaid label which I already told her what I was there for. Clearly not listening to me and not willing to help the customer. I go there all the time to drop off packages with my own packaging for this reason.
